Great Lowes store. Friendly staff, great management team. I've been a customer here for quite a while and staff always goes out of their way to help. The GM, James, recently helped me with a problem with no questions asked. Great guy, great store.

Easily the worst chain hardware store...and the Franklin store is the worst Lowe's I've been to. So...they're the worst of the worst. I purchased a washer and dryer, and they bungled the delivery...only to let me know that "on the bright side, we're changing delivery companies". Thanks, that's a big help. I was just in the store tonight to buy something that their site says they have more than one dozen in stock. The employee actually said he could look for it, but there was no guarantee he could find it before they close (This was at 6pm on a Saturday, and the close at 10pm). He recommended that even if the website stated they had stock, I should call first just to make sure. Uh...no. I don't think I will be doing that. Because Home Depot, although 15 miles away, actually had a website that showed product in stock...and actually had it. Bottom line...go to Home Depot or Menards. Unless you like disappointment. In that case, Lowe's...and particularly the Franklin Lowe's...will be the store of your dreams.

I'm posting on behalf of my mom as she had the most terrible experience this evening at the Lowe's store in Franklin, Indiana. A little under a year ago, my dad returned an item to Lowe's that my parents opted not to use in their home remodel. Unfortunately, he no longer had the receipt and was graciously issued an in store credit. Not that it should matter, but the balance was less than $100. Tonight, my mom went to make a purchase with the credit available. She had the card in hand, however the cashier and Customer Service Manager refused to accept it. They stated that the only person who could redeem that credit was the person whose Driver's License number was associated with it. My mom proceeded to explain that my dad passed in January and it is impossible for him to come use it. They then suggested she drive 30 minutes back to her home to recover his Driver's License then come back to make the purchase. From this interaction, it's obvious that customer service is not one of their core values. Currently, as a result of this interaction, she has an order placed for a new appliance with Lowe's that she is considering cancelling. I hope that someone from Lowe's has the courtesy to reach out and remedy this situation. This is a terrible look.

Definitely not taking COVID-19 precautions seriously. I used curbside pickup. I was apparently the only one, since the parking lot looked like a rock concert. There were no clear instructions to stay in my car. The person came out with no gloves and no mask. I ended up getting out and loading my truck myself. Very sad that Lowe's can't be part of the solution and that they are very much part of the problem. Because of their greed and carelessness, small business openings will be further delayed.

So we bought cabinets from Lowe's which were nice lookin cabinets but still waiting for them to finish the kitchen. Mistake was made with the measuring which in turn had to buy a new microwave to go over the stove. Tried to talk to Lowe's that they needed to give a credit on the purchase of the microwave or even a gift card. After having the conversation felt like they didn't care and wasn't going to rectify the situation. Corporate was called next and they called back and said we couldn't get a full credit but we can give you something. The reason they couldn't take care of it cause they said the store does this and it should have been handled thru them. Well we tried to get the store to handle it and excuses we're made. Sounds like a bunch of b-s to me. So my point go to your local store for major purchases so this doesn't happen to you.

Pretty much a standard Lowe's layout (though it is backwards from the one I normally shop at in Mooresville.) We were able to browse a variety of items in the lighting area during our visit and check out was fairly quick. Note that this store doesn't seem to have the self checkout lanes that the larger Lowe's have, so if you have just an item or two, you need to wait in line with all the other shoppers. Otherwise, it's a hardware store with a smattering of lawn and garden items and home decor accessories. Note: If you leave from the front of the shopping plaza onto US 31, you have to turn north to exit. Review #2077

I will drive an extra 20 minutes just to come to this Lowe's! The employees are always eager to greet and help you. I never feel rushed when getting help from an associate. I recently purchased appliances with the help of Josh - a friendly and helpful employee. He made sure we got the best appliances for the best value and was incredibly helpful in delaying our delivery until our house is done being built (a long time, too!) while still securing the current promotion prices. Will definitely come back for everything else we need for our home!

Ordered new granite counter tops from Lowe's Franklin, Patsy suggested that I use Majestic Stone Imports for my counter tops saying they are a great company. The counter tops came and one piece was to long to fix the space. So the installers cut my drywall and slid the counter top in the wall to make it fit. Then the drop in sink hole was cut to large. So they put filler in to make it fix. I paid for granite tops, not granite and filler tops. Mr. Brown owner of Majestic came and looked at the problem and said he would get back with me. Never did and will not return phone calls. So Lowes and Majestic doesn't do anything to correct the problems. Go some where else for counter tops.

This Lowes is smaller than most Lowes stores, but it is in Franklin, so that makes sense. What the store lacks in size, it makes up for in service and quality. I can always find what I need here, and if I can't find it, there is always someone on hand to help me out. The garden center is okay. Honestly, I like the garden center at Home Depot better, but alas there is no Home Depot in Franklin and when you live in Nineveh, why would you go to Greenwood, right? Seriously, good store, good selection, helpful staff, and convenient location. Hint: you can get to a stop light if you go through the Walmart parking lot next door. Just sayin.

Huge compliments to this Lowes store. They actually help renew my faith in Lowes. Especially store manager Angie Suding and her team. To me service excellence is measured not when things go smoothly, but how you handle issues when they arise. This store stepped up and resolved a siding installation issue and was in touch and top of it every step of the way. Other stores could take lessons from this team on how to be focused on the customer and do it right. We'll done.

Decent employee knowledge. Not as many experts as ACE on Worthsville rd, but a much larger selection. I am always stopping here for supplies.
