This Kroger pharmacy is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with They honestly do not have a clue of what is going on they will give your medicine to people that are not authorized to get it. This one certain pharmacy tech will tell you your medicine will be ready at a certain time then you go even later just to make sure it's ready. Than you go to pick it up and she will look at you like she is confused and tell you that it's not ready believe me I am so glad to be away from this pharmacy GOODBYE!!!

I started going there because of my rxs was cheaper there. I may move them all there. They seem to have enough help and the people are caring and friendly based on my experiences.

Apple Maps and Google says this place closes at 11pm and we got here at 10 and they're "closed". Need to update hours.

A month ago, we did a grocery pickup and in our grocery pickup we had 2 big containers of three cheese tortellini... well the tortellini was moldy. Today my husband went in and grabbed 2 small containers of three cheese tortellini and 1 big container of it, the mold wasn't visible, but when I started sorting through the tortellini as a precaution, it was there. Why is the tortellini moldy when it says it doesn't expire until October?!? Also, August 1st we did a grocery pickup for cottage cheese, we had ordered two 16oz containers, and they expired the next day!!! The expiration date was August 2nd. Why would they give us something that expired the next day?

I recently had my prescription filled at the franklin location, after I had a procedure done. Everyone was so nice. The woman who was doing intake prescriptions was just so sweet. "Spread Joy"

I don't know who or what runs this pharmacy but there is not a day that goes by where there is not 10-12 people in line. I set up an appointment for the little clinic and there is ONE person without a brain running the show. I have been in there sick, have my appointment confirmation code and all and said I was not in system. Not sure if they just want to sit in the chair all day or what but THIS KROGER IS WORTHLESS when it comes to customer service! Don't waste your breath or gas even attempting to call or go there. Im sure nothing will be done because of the carelessness. A deaf blind person can give better service than this..

I called about my prescription. The pharmacist answered and I asked several questions pertaining to my prescriptions. She stated the rules regarding my medicine. I said "okay, I guess I will come and pick them up tomorrow then. She said "mhem" and I replied "Thank you for your help"..... then she hung up. Not very "friendly local kroger pharmacy" as they put it. I will be transferring my 6 prescriptions, because of her poor customer service. Honestly that's a nice way of putting how I was treated. This was the second rude encounter with this same pharmacist.

No one answers the phone, long lines, no drive through. They have signs stating they’re hiring - but it’s been months of this. My assumption is Covid excuses and poor wages. They’ve beat earning by double digits the last two quarters, have $340 million of cash on hand and revenue of $31 billion. There is zero excuse. I guess it’ll be back to CVS and Walgreens unfortunately.

The worst ever. Been in line nearly two hours. The drive up rarely is open.
