I’ll start off by saying this may be a lengthy post but worth the read if living in a rural area. We lived in town and decided to move to county but still close to town about 10 mins or so away. Not to far but far enough that most internet providers wasn’t established in the area or if they where the price and rate of service was just higher than what we was paying with (AT&T and I hated) I was worried that we was not going to be able to find an internet provider that would be good enough for us. We use a lot of electronic devices, stream movies, video games exc. The previous person said that “that was one of the main reasons they didn’t buy the house because they worked from home and couldn’t get good enough internet due to not many providers and all the trees and just location of the house ” I’m so glad that the wife found Internet Communications! Can’t go wrong with this company! Anytime we have ever had a problem they have been super fast at fixing any issues that we have had (mostly us with our router not them or the service itself) anytime an outage/repairs are scheduled or not they are very good with communication in letting us know. I forget exactly what our plan is but I know the wife can be streaming shows and me gaming our phones connected along with several other devices like Alexa exc and experience hardly any drop/ping (gaming) every once in awhile may get some lag but most of the time it’s due to weather. I can say even in the worst storms so far it hasn’t went completely out unless of a power outage. We are thinking of upgrading plans if we can just because we use our internet so much. The staff and technicians are very friendly and helpful and I can’t recommend them enough! If they offer this in your area trust me I would check into going with them had your provider!

When I tell you this is the best internet service we've ever had, I mean it is THE BEST!! From service to Customer Service it is like what "Old School Business" use to be like, when businesses cared about product services and their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I can’t speak highly enough of this company! I absolutely adore Brooke and her eagerness to help whenever needed. The service is fast and was so easy to set up. We’ve now had ICI for a year and a half and with living very rural, we never have issues streaming etc. Anytime we need anything they are prompt to get back to us. So appreciative of how much they care for their customers. They go above and beyond to help out!!!

I've had great experience with the service, equipment, and customer care. Reasonable pricing for high speed internet in rural areas. Lots of streaming and online gaming too.

My wife and I moved to the country a few months ago and were unable to keep our internet provider at the time due to service area restrictions. Our neighbor suggested internet communications and we couldn’t be happier. It feels much more like a family company that the bigger names.

Amazing, friendly, and helpful staff/ company, very reliable internet at a great price. I've forgotten to pay my bill a couple times and instead of being charged extra they called to remind me with no late fee. Thank you.

We live in the Nineveh Township area and have Century Link. We switched to ICI and haven’t regretted it since, they also have an amazing first responder/ military discount. Internet is super fast and reliable. We have 30mb and stream out TV service along with kids playing video games and still no issues.

We have used ICI for over 4 years now, the initial cost for setup was more than we'd hoped at the time, but I'd pay triple that at this point! Living in a rural area, other providers constantly had outages. We've had only a handful of outages in 4 years time, only 1 service call (which resulted in a simple adjustment and no cost to us), and no rising costs each month or surprise fees. There is always a local person to talk to and always pleasant customer service. We will be lifetime customers at this rate!

I'm only shopping around and reading reviews. "I'M LOVING THIS FIESTY COMPANY ALREADY??!!" Don't THINK you can write "ANYTHING" And NOT Get a QUICK DETAILED RESPONSE ??♀️???... I work from home and internet service is essential to my job. I can count on interrupted or no service at least once a week and sometimes more than that. If I am to continue with this service, they are going to need to change something to ensure that service is continuous. I am looking for a different provider at this time as I feel the erratic service violates the contract that was signed when I signed up 6 months ago.
