Best decision my girlfriend has made in years. We've been in a storage facility in beech grove for the last year, and it has been one issue after another. We absolutely love the couple running the show at heartland, and have since day one!!!*Also, they went totally above and beyond, when we were a week late in payment, and needed special accommodations last week, which required someone to go in on their day off just to unlock our gate code, and it was done within the hour, no hesitation, nothing. It was absolutely incredible. I think we'll definitely be staying here for the long haul. Thank you, heartland storage, for being by far the greatest storage facility in indy, and keeping our things safe.

What can I say? It was a storage unit that I needed for a move. The management was good and the unit was secure for the time that I had it. If I need another unit, I'll probably go with these guys again!

The office has a great "home" feel to it. The people there are always friendly, courteous, and understanding every time I come in. Makes for a better sense of security.
