If we could give zero stars we would. Bought a car from them in September, two days later battery is dead. Two weeks later, they don’t answer the phone when we have an issue that could have caused a serious accident. they never returned our calls even though we called 6 times. Now, only a few months later, not even putting 2000 miles on it since being bought the vehicle is complete trash because we find they sold us the vehicle with a bad engine also. Don’t waste your time or your money buying from these people! Absolutely horrible experience.

I bought a 2000 Chevy Astro van from Hagan's Auto Sales, and I love it! The staff there were super friendly and helpful in getting my wife and I set up with the van! I would definitely buy a vehicle from them again in the future!

I recently bought a 2010 Kia Soul from this establishment, and I am more than happy with my purchase. I had limited money with my insurance settlement on a total loss, and they were willing to negotiate with me in order to buy it. I had been looking for a vehicle for months with everything being total junk. I loved the vehicle as soon as I test drove it. Nothing has seemed wrong with it and it drives very well. So far this has been amazing. So huge thanks to the people working there!!

First of all I would like to say they are the nicest people you would ever meet. I bought a 2005 town & country handicap van from them and it was awesome. Everything I wanted and could image. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone, check them out. They were up front and honest about their business. Thank God for them and continue to serve the community, thank you again!

My boyfriend and I just recently bought a 2010 Ford Ranger for asking price, which was the Kelly Blue Book estimate. They would not negotiate. Joe told him that the front tires were not rotated that is why they were wearing down unevenly. To ‘make it right’ he gave my boyfriend 2 tires to replace them. However, after taking it to the shop exactly 1 week after purchasing we are told 2 control arms, 2 tie rods, and rear pads and rotors are needed which is going to cost $1,200.With that being said, there is no problem fixing the issues, however there is no way they didn’t know the truck had these issues and they never said a word about them. Honesty would’ve went a long way and we would’ve still purchased the truck.But I guess that’s what you get when you buy from a family dealership.

I highly recommend if you are looking for a car to check out this business. From the moment I saw the car online they responded very quickly. Their prices are great and the car I bought today is fantastic. They took care of everything I wanted immediately and made the process so smooth. Im very satisfied with my purchase. They are also family friendly and made my kids and I very comfortable. If anyone needs a new vehicle I’m sending them here!

I have been looking for a good used car at a fair price for a few weeks now. After struggling with other dealerships, my husband actually found one listed at Hagan's that met my criteria. After a test drive I decided to buy it and cannot be happier as of now. They were friendly and professional, answered all of my questions, and were very reasonably priced.
