I just lost a lot in a fire Tried to rent with them. They had meetings and according to the person I spoke with their time is precious and if I can’t make an appointment to see them I could rent somewhere else… horrible customer service did not rent with them

Been going thru this place since 2017 and it's been the best and cheapest place I've seen..I still have my unit thanks for this place...I would suggest this place first before anywhere else..

I've had a storage unit here for over 3 yrs & have never had any problems. Mr. Green is one of the most helpful, considerate people I've dealt with in this industry. He doesn't just wait for you to fall behind then sell your belongings (which MANY other storage facilities do!) but will work with you so your belongings stay safe & still belong to you. If you're having payment issues let him know & he'll work with you. I'm not sure what the explanation for the "damage" from the gate the first reviewer experienced since we only have his side of the story. If he's one of those people who tries to get out through the gate right after someone comes in (so as not to be inconvenienced by having to go through the process himself of opening the gate) then it's his own fault.

Horrible experience. I experienced vehicle damage due to a new gate system and was told "It is not my fault or problem". Manager did nothing to make it right. Gives the appearance of a small town mom and pop company but hides when confronted with an issue. Upon moving out I found mice had eaten into my furniture and also found mold from his leaking roof. When I told Bill Green about this when I moved out he simply said okay and drove away, once again did nothing to make it right. I would highly recommend never doing business of any kind with Bill Green.

The finest individual I've ever had the pleasure to meet, Mr. Bill Green. I have been storing with Bill on and off since he first opened. The need to store my things on some occasions has been accompanied with financial hardship. Mr. Green not only has the least expensive rates in Central Indiana, his late payment policy is human. Unlike all the other storage yards I have used over the years, Mr. Green is not waiting for you to miss a payment so he can repo your things. Just call him. He will work something out so that your can retain your possessions. Mr. Green is a true good man, in a industry to my knowledge, that knows no other. His business is modern, safe, and clean. I can't recommend anyone more highly..
