Caitlin was wonderful with our very shy 7 year old grandson! She gave him a great cut and he had a smile on his face the entire time. Very pleased with the cut, the customer service, the atmosphere and especially Caitlin:)

Save your money and go somewhere else. I was having a hard time getting an appointment at my son's Barber shop and we needed a haircut for a special occasion. I decided how bad could it really be a great clips? Well, lesson learned. I am now scheduling an appointment at the barber shop to get it fixed. No, I do not have it fixed there. I didn't realize how bad it was until after we washed out the styling gel. I don't remember her name, but it looks like it's the same one everyone else is complaining about. All she did was complain about how busy it was, her carpal tunnel, and stuff to do with her family. And I'm not trying to be mean, but she had a body odor that was hard to stand next to. It won't let me add pictures where I would to show the chop job she did on my son's hair

Completely unprofessional. Stylist complained the whole time about her carpal tunnel and that everyone in the store had the weekend off except her and 1 other stylist. She was upset that it was so busy. A 70 minute wait ended up being a 120 minute wait. She didn't even do a proper fade.

I got my haircut Wednesday and for the life of me I can’t remember her name. I have received the most horrible hair cut I have ever had. Desperately needing a cut it’s been years. I can’t get my bangs to do anything or style them at all no matter what I do it still don’t look good and it’s not even close to the picture.
the knots in my throat and tears in my eyes as I stand in the mirror and try to style them tears me up. I have wore a hat to work ever since my cut. When I payed I Still gave her a $10 tip I have anixenty so bad I couldn’t even tell it I hated it. So here we are embarrassed to go anywhere and a feeling I can’t shake. I hope it grows back soon!

I had not taken my son to a Great Clips for years! The sign in process online is so easy and convenient! I have been twice so far and I have been extremely impressed by the quality of the haircut!!!! We are pretty picky about haircuts, but the haircuts he’s received here have been right on par with the more expensive barber shop we’d been going to!

So I call over an hour ago to check to see if the salon can wash and style my hair I wait 45 minutes pluss additional 20min only for Katherine to tell me they can't wash and style my hair because my extensions are not growing out of my scalp, what a complete waste of time and as a stylist the styler should know extensions don't grow out of people's heads 🙃

My husband came and got a 2 on top and 1 on bottom and the lady didn’t even make the line straight across his head. She didn’t even show him and just had him get up out of the chair.

Wife and I needed our hair trimmed just a little off because it's still winter, but we looked shabby with our hair. Ladies took care of us and trimmed us up and now look good again.
