Graham Street Storage is a locally owned and operated family business providing safe and affordable storage for the community. The facility has over 225 storage units and over 50 paved outdoor spaces, with an electronic coded gate for extra security. It is located on the north side of Franklin and currently has no climate controlled units. The owners and staff are amazing, very helpful, and very kind. They know customers by name and treat them like family, offering understanding during difficult times. The process is easy, the rental agreement is explained thoroughly, and the units are clean and very easy to access. Maintenance is exceptionally fast and responsive. Customers love the facility, give it 5 stars, and highly recommend it for its outstanding service.

The owner there is amazing. We had an issue with our unit door not opening and he was out of town and gave us the number to the maintenance guys. They were out there in maybe 30 minutes to fix our door. We were shocked at how fast they came out to help us. We love this storage facility.
