“Ripped a hole in my water boots came here for a new set, they leaked out of the box, swapped em and those ones leaked also took them back and was offered a better set for the same price. Even with a terrible day and wet feet all the people were great to deal with especially Mark. A++ customer service from everyone in this store today... now to leave a review on the boots...”

“The guys delivering chair was here as they said they would be from text. They were polite & friendly. Carefully unloading & setting it up. Made sure switch worked & gave me time to sweep under old chair that we got from them approximately 13-14 years ago. Love working with Longs furniture for my furniture needs & mattresses too. Thanks.”
