Had an ammonia/ viniger smells from the air conditioner in our 21 Kia Sodona van. Put new air filter behind the glove box. But was not condensating so took to Franklin Muffler In Franklin and they blew out tube and all better. Best ever NO CHARGE. You guys are the best. God Bless you and thank you.

If I could I would give them negative stars, they were rude and disrespectful. Told me my dad was stupid, saying “whoever did the breaks on the vehicle didn’t know what they were doing.” My dad has been doing breaks his whole life. My Jeep only needs a caliper replaced and they tried to tack on extra things. The rotors were replaced less than a year ago, the brakes were replaced the same time as the rotors. Once my Jeep is fixed with the one caliper for a hell of a lot cheaper. I will be up there and I’ll be having a word with management and the guy who called my dad stupid. Don’t recommend going here at all.

Worse service in Indiana. Got all fluids changed yesterday opened my hood had oil all over the top of motor windshield fluid cap is missing and radiator half empty....

Every person I have talked to here is so kind and so patient. I don’t know anything about cars so when I take it here I am giving them my full trust. They could easily scam me. I took my car in on Saturday because when I was reversing and braking it was grinding. It was done that same day, the only issue was it was missing some bolt. They had it looked at and fixed in the same hour. I sadly didn’t get their voicemail until Monday night so I didn’t get to pick it up till Tuesday morning. When I went in to get it the owner was there and had the doors opened and waved me in 10 minutes before he was even supposed to open the shop and he gave me my keys and wished me a good day. I got in my car and the grinding is gone AND I the awful noise my door was making when I opened it is too because they Wd-40’ed it. I don’t even mention it. They just did it and personally, I appreciate those little things. 10/10.

Every single time I have called, or brought a vehicle in.......a male, that we believe is the owner,......is crass, rude, demanding, inpatient and angry. For example, I called and asked a simple question. The male, sounding disgusted, replied but I had to ask my question again with a few details....the male screamed into the phone and sounding as if they were stroke level angry, "I SAAAID I'D HAVE TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT!!!!". And then slammed the phone in my ear. There was no reason for that. We brung the vehicle in before for an oil change and the male, right in front of us, started yelling and swinging his arms around while speaking with the woman at the desk for a long period of time....that may have been his wife. We almost asked for our car back because it felt uncomfortable. I highly question the validity of high reviews.
