We have had nothing but problems with this bank. No one is ever available and is always giving wrong information on critical things and has dropped the ball on their end more times than I care to remember. Their consistency lies in making me a fifth third madder whenever I am forced to deal with them.

Do not waste your time with these people. When I moved here their bank was close to my office so I set up my accounts there, even enrolling in their identity theft program. Big mistake! Customer service is useless, always has been for me. I noticed a \"refund\" to my account with no explanation. A few weeks go by and I receive a letter telling me they were hacked and all my personal information was compromised so they gave me a refund for 1 year of identity protection. Time and time again I get locked out of my account. Going to Chase bank tomorrow, hopefully incompetence isn't in full force there as it is with 5/3 Update: So they replied to my review and asked me to call. I know my acvount password and can log into both the website and the app. I also know my 4 digit pin on my card. However they have entered that information wrong on their end and refuse to talk with me because my password that works doesn't on their end. Pointless to call because it goes nowhere!

If you are a military member or a military spouse I highly recommend you NOT using 5/3 bank- especially at the Franklin Branch. My partner and I have only received complication after complication due to staff members lack of attention to detail. My service member has been overseas for 4 months and we have just been made aware of many errors that include prohibiting account access from original secondary account holder, incorrect loan information recorded, misplaced documentations such as marriage certs, social security copies, license copies, and POA.

Great customer service and the banker was beautiful...speedy service...no hassle with signing a whole bunch of paper...in-and-out service
