About a year ago this pharmacy was okay. When I got pregnant I stopped taking all prescriptions and after I had my baby had my pain scripts sent here to be filled after leaving the hospital on wednesday. On arrival I was told there are no pharmacists available on wednesdays and sundays. I went a day without narcotic pain medicine and was in a terrible state but there was nothing I could do since it was a narcotic it could not be transferred. The next day I went back and was told there was still no pharmacist on duty and they weren't sure when a pharmacist would be. my doctor understood the situation and I did get my pain relievers elsewhere. In short don't sent your scripts here as of July 2022. There's no accurate way of knowing when a pharmacist will be on duty to fill them

Arrived 3 separate times after being assured my prescription will be ready the next day. Nope! Now I am going out of town and don't have much needed medications.

The inmates are running the asylumI have been a customer of Walgreens Pharmacy for many years but I am at my wits end. The Pharmacist and pharmacy technicians have been mouthy, abusive and unprofessional. Now they are only open about 40 hrs. a week. The only reason I have stayed with them this long is because they have better generics than other stores. I thought that I would try the store in greenwood and had an important prescription sent to them but they saidthat they had to order it for me. They kept telling me that it would be two more days. This went on for a week. I couldn't get anybody to answer the phones when I called. I would typically be on hold for 30 minutes and then get "disconnected" finally when I got to talk to the "pharmacist" he said my brand of medication wasn't currently in production. He thought it was pretty funny. Needless to say, I didn't. This was a narcotic medicine that I have been on for years and suddenly I didn't have any for over a week. I just hope that the right person reads this review (like an area manager) and takes some positive action, because Walgreens Pharmacy used to be my go to place. Now I dread every time I have to have dealings with them.

Easy drop off for pre-paid shipping on a Saturday evening. Representative made sure to let me know it would not go out until Monday. Great Customer Service!!!

Went to Wallgreens but they could do nothing for me!! I had a label emailed to me but they couldn’t do anything. They sent me a mile down the road called Trophy something. There building was being remodeled. So they want u to access just the front door!! If u want to get in u have to walk through sand and uneven concrete then up a good size step and there were no lights for visibility ! I’m 69 years old and 2 weeks ago I fell down 3 flights of stairs! I’m still so sore there was no way I was going up and thru that rat maze with no lights!! Screw FedX

So confusing to find!The FedEx is inside the Walgreens, but you have to come with all items packaged. It is just a place for drop off and pick up prepared packages.The Walgreens’ staff was tremendously kind and helpful in explaining where to go, but the FedEx automatic system was not helpful and very hard to understand. It told me a completely different location in another building that I couldn’t understand.FedEx receives zero stars in my book.
