This enterprise has always had a vehicle at a cheap price. We got it on a Monday for a week and only paid 183 and used 2 free rental days even upgraded me to next size up in vehicle.

Ashley helped me with a rental while my Jeep was getting body work done at Fletcher a few weeks back. The reservation and check-in process was quick and pain-free. Insurance had arranged for a small SUV, which I appreciated. The one I was given did have a bit of an odd odor (not necessarily bad, I guess, but I didn't want to smell it for the possible 2-3 weeks max my vehicle could have been at the shop) and she was kind enough to let me come back later that afternoon to trade for a different vehicle. She was very kind and accommodating to me.

During the duration of my rental I drove it to Indianapolis and back, twice a week and nothing more. Yet for some reason I was charged a toll fee..last time I checked there are no toll roads between Franklin and downtown Indy. Impossible that I went through a toll, yet I was charged regardless. Disputing this with their Franklin office was completely fruitless. Bad enough they gave me a car without tire air valve caps, causing the car to show low tire pressure despite the tires never being low ( I added air valve caps to the rental at my own expense). It’s unfortunate that Enterprise is the only game in town for when you need a rental while your own car is being repaired.In summation, what can you expect from the Franklin Enterprise? Poor customer service, a crummy vehicle, and errant charges. Million thumbs down.

I made a reservation to rent a van for my 40th birthday weekend. My girlfriends and I were planning to drive up to lake Michigan for the day. I was scheduled to pick up the van at 9am on July 22nd. When I got there, I was told the van was not available, and wouldn't be for a few hours. I was then told they could possibly get one from Greenwood, but that would take time I didn't have. My question is... why didn't they just do that before I got there? Or call me and say it wouldn't be available so I could try to make other plans?I will use another car company in the future.

I was involved in a small fender bender today that prompted my car to be towed and would need a rental! Griffin responded immediately! Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle both Ashley and Griffin were professional, kind, and helpful! Kuddos! Thank you both for making an unfortunate situation tolerable!

This was my first time renting a car ever and let me tell you it was a horrible experience. All I did was drive to and from work the entire time that I had the rental. I was extremely careful. I’m going to be charge for damage I didn’t even cause. I already spent a lot just to rent the car. I think this is extremely unfair considering I did purchase the damage waver to begin with which was about $120.00. This really ruined my first experience and may be my last. Don’t purchase the damage waver it’s just another way for them to get more money out of you.

I beg you DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH if you actually have to count on a rental. Before the manager change this year (Zach) was awesome. Over 4 years I rented over 400 days. The new manager has waited until I arrived to pick up a rental I reserved 3 weeks prior to tell me he had other customers to take care of. No loyalty at all. The Greenwood branch is 100% loyal.

Overall great experience. Will choose enterprise every time I need a rental. Justin at the Franklin, Indiana location has the BEST customer service I have ever encountered. Being in the retail/customer service industry myself I know how it can be working with and pleasing the public. Justin went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and has a top notch attitude! Thank you Justin for making an annoying situation (needing a rental due to someone hitting my car) run seamless and smooth! I do not typically go out of my way to write a review but he definitely deserves the shout out!
