Stayed at this location a week ago and found bed bugs in our room. Hotel offered a partial refund and a new room. Refund was only $11. Will never be staying here again.Safety: Check for Bugs thoroughly

I have to assume these reviews are all fake. This place is brutal. The rooms were redone, so that's nice, but I walked in to a room with a cracked mirror, the plumbing had issues all over, the bathroom light was flickering and sometimes just went out completely. Staff was smoking right outside the front door. Area does not seem safe. I could hear each and every noise that happened outside of my room.

The women at the front desk are the absolute sweetest! The room was clean and the service was fantastic! Will absolutely stay here again next time I’m visiting the area!

The staff is pretty nice. It's understood the third-party booking agencies aren't updated to reflect that there is no breakfast here, and that pets aren't allowed; even if a booking agency says they are. However, the second floor smells of weed most of the time because of long term stay overs that smoke it in their rooms with their door cracked open.So it may not be pet friendly but it sure is drug friendly. That should apply to a good demographic for business! Seems about right for Franklin, Indiana.

Very surprised at the condition of this place for the price. We stopped for an overnight passing through and felt comfortable staying there with the wife and kid. Will definitely be returning as needed when I pass through in the future.

The staff is amazing, rooms are clean, I know people come here to see reviews on the shape of the hotel but I just gotta brag about the staff, they are friendly, they provide the hotel with a homey atmosphere. All around they are just amazing people.

I stayed at this hotel 23 months ago and I had no issues at all. Everyone was polite, making sure all your needs were meet. Reading the negative reviews yesterday made it hard for me to believe that they were talking about same Econo Lodge. I stayed last night and I have zero complaints. The staff was polite and friendly fast and painless check in They allowed me to stay later than 11am and just because I asked nicely. The room was clean, sheets were cleaned, TV worked, shower worked, fridge worked, everything worked. So I would recommend anyone staying here, one down side they are not serving breakfast yet. I know some hotels are back to hot breakfast and some are not.I would recommend to the manager since no hot breakfast maybe offer things like donuts, muffins, or something that’s individual wrapped.Thank you!

This has been our favorite hotel in our last 2 weeks of travel. We stayed for Christmas and again over New years. Management was so friendly, made us feel like we were at home for the holidays. The rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable bed with 3 pillows instead of 2 was nice and also very quiet. The hallway carpets could use some cleaning, but this isn't the ritz.Can also recommend the Indian pizza place next door, we were skeptical, but it was really good.

I don’t typically use the term hidden gem to describe a hotel but this really is. SUPER CLEAN. One of the cheapest hotels in the area but also one of the best. Manager is very nice. It was an awesome stay. Highly recommended.

Debi was amazing and made me feel comfortable in my worst situation. I enjoyed my time here and you meet the nicest people. It may have it's flaws, but the people who work here do their best to make your stay nice. I'd definitely stay here again. Very nice people.

Their new renovation is awesome! Place is super clean. Staff is less than friendly and spend most of their time outside smoking and act annoyed if you have any questions or may need anything at all. Other than that, I would totally recommend.

Honestly these guys set the rooms up very well with a budge in mind. Lights don't have the lighting built in so guests can't steal the bulbs. I'd you travel often you've been in rooms that have bulbs missing. Not here. They avoided that problem. Furniture is actually in fair shape. Mattress on bed is in great condition. Room was clean and the FLOORS are clean. No sticky floors. Sign says no smoking and the room actually smells like a non smoking room. This place is great for the price. I will be back if/when work brings me to the area again. The staff here should be proud of themselves. If you visit be respectful and help keep the place nice. Don't be the reason for the cost to increase on the rest of us.

This hotel was really great!!! It might be a little bit dated but don't let that stop you. The service was excellent the staff was very friendly and accommodating and all of our needs were met. The rooms were clean. the Linens were fresh and clean and the bed was comfortable and everything was how it was supposed to be. Location was great and it was easy to find. Also has stores and restaurants in walking distance as well. We felt save and felt like our vehicle was safe in the well lit parking lot as well. ** The lady at the desk that was in a wheel chair was so sweet !
