Rude as hell. Asked what it would cost for a new jacket lining. HER: I don't give estimates over the phone.ME: I just wanted a very rough idea what it might cost just to see if it's worth bringing it in."HER: I don't give estimates over the phone. ME: Then, you don't get my business. Thank you.

Racist, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. When you talk to them they don’t answer. Just ignore you. I would never go to this place again. Do not go there.

Possibly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Not only was she very short with her answers, she was condescending & mean-spirited. (Don’t laugh at your customers ??♀️) When I asked her where she was located, she said “Franklin Lakes” then hung up on me! Very unprofessional! I took my pants to Art’s Cleaners instead. They were super sweet! You should go to Art’s Cleaners for your hemming needs!

Trust us, they don't want your business. We stopped by their shop on a Monday morning about 11:45 to see about getting a pair of slacks shortened. Their posted hours online are 11-6, there's a sign on their door saying they'll be back at 11, there's a person visible in their front window sewing in the back of the store, etc. - yet their door is locked and the person even looked at us standing there with clothing in our hands and just ignored us. Why did we even bother? More importantly, why should you? Only hope their commitment to customer service reaps its just rewards...

This lady is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I brought something in to replace a zipper and she was downright rude and mean. I will never set foot in there again. If she doesn’t like her job then go somewhere else

Brought in a silk robe to have hemmed and pulled back. They craftmanship is excellent! I am very happy with the outcome and the price was more than reasonable.

I don't need the service very often but the couple of times that I did thought that they were wonderful people. I was afraid they went out of business when they were no longer at the Main St. location and just learned that they had only moved! Just in time, I need some curtains hemmed.

I went in to get a quote on what it would cost to get four strips of cloth sewn onto four uniforms. She would note give me a price on and told me to go somewhere else.
