I have been going to Tuan at either Diva Nails or Alexis Nails. He is wonderful and amazing. He has been doing Protein Dip Nails since I went there and I love my nails, my Pedicures are great too, he has to do extra work on my big toenails and I appreciate his work and patience. Everyone there is very friendly and both places are very clean and really beautiful atmosphere. I recommend them every time and I always want Tuan.
Requested style: Protein Dip, when I first went there I bit my nails and since they recommended Protein Dip they are strong, they grow and I would never bite them again.
Specialties: Both Managers do everything and Jackie does eyebrows too.
Cleanliness: Very clean and decorative absolutely beautiful
Stylist: I always use Tuan, he is excellent for me and I get all kinds of compliments on my nails and the color I use with Protein Dip is Lavender Lady. He takes his job very seriously.

Cleanliness: The entire shop is beautiful, clean and it seems they actually appreciate your business. I like that!
Stylist: My stylist is Emily. She is very friendly, good and very neat. She does exactly the service you expect. My nails look nice, and I do get compliments on them.

UPDATE: the owner says in the comments that it was unacceptable and to call at my earliest convenience so they can make it right” so when I called the lady asked what was wrong, I explained. She said she didn’t understand and started being really rude. I explained again and told her I had left a review and they said to call” she very rudely says “what’s wrong with your nail and toe” I again for the 4th time repeated everything. She said well, come in and let me see. EVEN THOUGH THE PHOTOS ARE RIGHT HERE AND THEY SAID TO CALL. I told her I don’t drive and live 30 mins away so we were there because my friend talks so highly of the place.” She then proceeded to be even more rude which I didn’t even think was possible and started talking over me and did not even apologize or say anything that she claimed in the comment to these photos. This place and the people in it are just awful. Save your time and money and go somewhere respectful and that cares to take their time and make their client feel welcome, safe and enjoy their experience. Absolutely terrible.
****Today I went with a friend to have a “girls day” without our kids (which NEVER happens) and my friend gets her nails done religiously here. So I expected good things. I’ve heard so highly of this place for months from my friend. She hasn’t gotten a pedi in years so we thought it would be nice. The woman who did hers did WONDERFUL. She rubbed her legs and feet for a GOOD 25 mins, I kept hinting how good of a job she was doing hoping the girl doing mine would do the same. The girl I had (not sure if she was new and I should’ve got her name but didn’t) she did not touch my feet at all besides to clip my toenails, she didn’t use the thing to get any of the nasty calluses on my heels (my friends girl right next to me did) I’m not sure why she didn’t care to do a real or decent pedicure but I let it go. She only lotioned my legs and moved my ankle in a circle. I should’ve known then not to get my nails done also but from all the wonderful things I’ve heard I was hoping it would be better… so I gave the benefit of the doubt. When I did my nails (my friend always gets different designs and all kinda of nice ones so I thought I’d try a simple design) I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she started doing my nails, while doing so she cut me so bad that I yelled and it wasn’t until she saw the blood going everywhere until she asked if it hurt. Then she had to super glue my nail so it would stop bleeding everywhere. She apologized and I said it’s okay and tried to get over it (after an ungodly awful pedi as well) so then when it was time for the design the girl saw what I was asking for and basically slopped on the sloppiest “flower” I’ve ever seen. I’m not a complainer and I was trying to be grateful for getting out away for a day since it never happens. I should’ve asked for a discount or something but I was trying not to be like that. But I’m honestly just completely beyond disappointed, even the paint doesn’t look great. Somehow I have paint from my toes on the back of my ankle, probably cuz she had to redo my toe 2x and now it looks like it has streaks thru the big toes. I didn’t even care to take the picture of those and post them too. Super bummed and def learned not to do that again. I’ll plan my “kid free girls day” a little bit better next time, that’s forsure! So I paid 102$ for prob the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had, and still tried to be nice and tipped her 20$. Why? Cuz I’m a good person, I guess. Super, DUPER freaking bummed.

I absolutely love going to Diva! While I’ve had so many rough experiences everywhere else I’ve gone, Diva treats their clients with respect and care! They make sure you love their work or they correct things if needed! Jackie always has me leaving happier than when I walked in. They will forever be my go to place! Today I went in with a screenshot of an idea of what I was hoping to get and she went above and beyond my expectations! The young man who did my pedicure also went above and beyond and had me feeling so much better! Walking in my feet were still sore from working this past weekend. I left feeling like I had just returned from a vacation! If you’re looking for a place to go I highly suggest going and seeing them!
Requested style: Willing to look at pics of requests and they let you know what they can do as well as doing a little spin off to make it more original for you!
Cleanliness: They recently updated the salon and it’s so inviting and clean.
