I walked up to the counter right at 1:30. I did not realize that they closed for lunch at 1:30. Instead of going ahead and helping me. They laughed at me and locked the door and walked out. I will never come back in a CVS again. And this isn't the first incident I've had with one of your rude pharmacy staff. CVS used to be a place you could count on that's obviously no longer true.

I am well aware there is a shortage of employees, but this is absolutely wild. They do not answer the phone in the pharmacy, ever. It wouldn’t matter if there were 5 people back there. They’re not going to answer. There’s a 50/50 the drive-thru will be open. So the elderly and those who are very ill have to go inside. Only to be told your prescription is not ready, it could have been called in 5 days ago or 5 hours ago, it won’t be ready. I was told it would be 45 minutes for a prescription, which I tried tirelessly calling to confirm it was ready before dragging sick kids out in the cold. Once I expressed my irritation it was suddenly only 15 minutes. I am of course moving pharmacies, but wanted to share my experience. I am unsure how Franklin or Edinburgh is still open.

You must stand in line multiple times to get what you need. Ordering online is useless as you still have to stand in line for them to actually put the order through Then it's anyone's guess as to how many days you must wait. Not bad when you wait on non life saving meds but when it's critical you are just as out of luck. Thanks to the 2 pharmacy techs working with the angry customers but shame on the company for not being prepared to serve such a needy population. Corporate needs a contingency plan in place for this. When we order something just fill it, don't make people wait in 2 different lines multiple times. Good luck and please get it together.

Worst store I’ve ever “tried” going to. Please don’t ever consider transferring your prescription to this location. Also, don’t think they physically know how to answer a phone. Called the Columbus location after waiting for 8 hours on Franklin and Columbus filled it within a 3 minute phone call. Please, to save your ,self do not go here…

Since losing their long-time pharmacy manager a couple months ago, the new lead pharmacist has been consistently rude to me every time I have filled my prescription. The new pharmacist has actually embarrassed me in front of several other customers filling their medications too, by literally threatening me to "never fill my medication a day early again." I have never once deserved the attitude he threw at me. The medication I am prescribed gets a lot of ridiculous, unnecessary stigma. And that discrimination coming from an "educated, professional Pharmacist".... yikes. Please go back to school. I hear him yelling at customers over the phone and across the counter every time I'm in the store. I am stuck filling at this pharmacy & I literally have a panic attack everytime I have to walk in there.

Absolutely rude I had a message 3 days prior saying my prescription was ready I go each of the three days they are rude and unprofessional they had me wait in line several hours each time and then refused to run my insurance to help pay for my medication. The Indian guy is absolutely unprofessional and was rude clearly don’t know how to do basic things of his job

Extremely unprofessional. They refused to give me my medication for days and still are i was told it was ready Saturday now it’s Monday and they said it won’t be ready til tomorrow and the man I spoke to was extremely rude and slammed the window in my face when I first got there it’s absolutely ridiculous

This cvs is ran by a bunch of incompetent special needs people. Don't keep meds in stocks. Don't keep drive thru open. Don't want to work hard. Would not hurt my feelings if they made the news one bit.#LAZY#INCOMPETENT#SUCK

This place must be managed by a complete moron. It's a joke. Today they weren't answering calls and they decided not to staff the drive thru. Sometimes the entire building is closed in the middle of the day for no reason. The people are rude, yes, but I think anyone who has to go through what they go through with their terrible managers would be. Blame the people running the place, not the poor people that show up to work.

This would be a great place to start a pharmacy! I take a controlled substance because of something completely out of my control and the people at this CVS treat me as if I were a junky. They “forget” to fill the prescription or they don’t even bother to order it and then act like they’re butt hurt when you call them out for not doing their jobs. They’re rude and I’ve never seen anyone smile or say thank you. I thought Meijer Pharmacy was bad but CVS said “hold my beer!”So, I went across the street to Walgreens and they were happy to get my business. I don’t have to call them and remind them to fill my prescription, they just fill it! Imagine that, a pharmacy filling a prescription that your doctor told them to fill?!?! Walgreens is the only pharmacy you need in Franklin and CVS sucks!
