Worst company ever. It has been over 6 months to get parts for hoist. (Still don't have the right stuff) We have provided measurements and pictures several times. They send stuff that doesn't even make sense based on measurements and pictires. Adam always blames someone else. It's ridiculous. Stay away if you need to get up and running!!!

Great quick and expert service. Had some crazy hydraulic fittings that I've never seen before and they sized me up with new fittings to make everything standard. Experts, for all hydraulics!

They did this while loading a Lift in my Pickup truck over a month ago, have been trying to deal with politely about it. when it happened the gentleman that was loading it with there forklift said they would take care of it and also a salesman named Jack said it would be took care of. I tried getting with the owner Dave but he never got back with me and then talked to his son Zach one time said would get back with me in a couple days has not. So i would say be very careful with this company if they will not even take care of something they did, not sure they are a very ethical company.

I bought a used 4-post lift from a repair shop. I thought I could disassemble it and move it myself. WRONG! I contacted DWI since they sell lifts. They had a fair price and a specialized trailer to move the lift ASSEMBLED. Talk about a time and back saver. Kenny (the seasoned veteran), and Dalton (the young, strong back) met me at the business and had the lift loaded and secured in no time. After a short three mile trip the lift was unloaded into my shop. The wheels were installed, and the lift pushed 5’ into place. Kenny then spent several minutes educating me on the operation and maintenance of the lift. He even suggested a couple of improvements to make it safer. If you buy a lift at DWI, have them assemble and deliver it. If you buy a used one, have them transport it. You’ll be so glad you did, and will not get hurt doing something that these guys do all the time. They also carry repair parts, and I’ll be buying mine at DWI. Spend the money and enjoy your purchase!

The cylinders that was rebuilt leaked off and wouldn't hold pressure. They reluctantly agreed to do a rework after me having to prove it wasn't in my tractors hydraulic system. They did rebuild them after a long period of time then told me for four days straight that they would be there mid morning and on the fourth day they said they would call in route. Not one time did they do what they said they would do...mistakes happen but making no effort to do what u say...arrived at 4:30 pm

They was very helpful on helping me select the right four post lift .. They showed me the options that was available for the lift I purchased. They even have a complete hydraulic repair shop . They have plenty of lifts to choose from instock . I highly recommend them for all of your lift and hydraulic needs...

Awesome to work with and advertised exactly what they were selling went to pick up and got caught in awful traffic and they stayed after hours to make sure we got what we wanted and were loaded before we left

Randy (the owner) is the sketchest person in Johnson County, Indiana. He will take your money, lie to you over & over again and charge you a different price in the end. They don't even have a business license or a retail merchant certificate so they actually commit felonies collecting sales tax from you. Stay away or you'll be next

If anyone spends time researching lifts, you know that it is hard to find anyone local let alone have anything in stock. Randy took his time talking with me and finding the right lift. They have been doing this for over 30 years and I felt very comfortable knowing I chose the right place for my lift. Highly recommend them!
