I've lived here for almost 10 years. The company that bought the property in 2022 was awful but the current company is great. They took over this last fall and have been wonderful. They're friendly and maintenance is prompt in addressing any issues. I'm glad I decided to renew my lease.

Absolutely love living here! We have lived here for almost 2 years and its been amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful and accommodating when needed! Very nice place to live!

We just moved to Franklin and we are in love with our new apartment. Exploring the area has been so much fun! Neighbors have been so friendly and Sarah in the office made the move in process a breeze.
