I arrived at the dealership earlier than my appointed time in hopes of dropping the vehicle off early so that I could get to work on time. Honestly, with recent customer service experiences in mind, I prepared myself for people who really didn't have the time, desire or inclination to be nice, and I thought I would have to practically negotiate a ride home so that I can drive my other vehicle to work. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed! Met practically at the service department door with a smile and a relaxed manner that told me that I had zero to worry about! Everything after I said "I think I have an appointment today" was immediately taken care of by Rob! (great smile by the way!) The welcoming vibe, the ease with which he explained what will happen with the vehicle, confirming certain things in the computer, the concern, the lighthearted conversation, the laughs . . . all combined to make this a surprising and much appreciated positive experience. They all seem like a family there, totally in sync and committed to making visiting them as pleasant an experience as can be in spite of why you're there. I remain impressed and I will think of them FIRST whenever anything goes wrong with my vehicle. Kudos to the Bradley Hubler family!

Friendly, reliable dealership. Always willing to thoroughly explain what service is needed for my vehicle and why it is necessary for the service to be completed. The employees strive to help their customers feel like "family."

I bought a new Chevy equinox here. The sales people were friendly, but as soon as I got it home, I started having trouble with my radio. The speakers would move to the front by themselves, the screen would freeze and then the check engine light came on. We tried to take it in because it is still under warranty and had an appointment for Monday and it is Saturday and they still have not looked at it and said it’s going to be another week and they refuse to give a loaner. This is the worst service department I have ever worked with. So now I have to go get the car without anything being done for an extra warranty that I paid for. I have had the car about 6 months and it has 9,000 miles on it. These problems shouldn’t be happening.

Bought my car from here and always bring it to them for service. They are never pushy and they will quote things out without making you feel pressured into repairs. Also like that I get free car wash tickets with them!

Bradley did all the footwork. We just had to show up at the dealership. We enjoyed working with Taylor. She understood what we wanted and delivered. Was able to answer our questions.

Brought my truck in for an airbag recall and a noise when going over bumps. I spent over $1200 having the ball joints replaced but it still had the noise when I picked it up. The airbag warning light has been on since the recall was done (6 weeks ago) but no one will return my calls.

I appreciated how well Taylor listened to what our family's needs were in a vehicle and then found the way to get us the car we wanted. The professionalism, kindness, and genuine care was above and beyond any other car buying experience!

I really wanted the mechanic to communicate with me. I really didn't feel like someone who paid a lot of money for their vehicle was important to the dealership. More like " we got the money". It's ok though. I know how it works. I still need warranty repairs. I just cannot say this anymore how I feel. It is what it is. All about moving vehicles. It's just how it is. I will by my next vehicle down the street.

First point of my contact was Erika. I drove through the used car lot to browse and she walked out to inquire if I needed assistance. I went back as a serious buyer specifically looking for Erika. She was friendly and willing to assist me as long as it took to find a vehicle. Erika and the dealership being local are the reasons I purchased an Equinox there.

I brought my ‘21 Tahoe in for service and they needed a couple days with it. Holly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me in a courtesy car while I was without and also worked with GM to make sure my repairs were covered. She is the absolute definition of customer service! Joe in Franklin

I informed the manager that I knew I had a tire sensor not registering and that I wanted to wait until I was going to replace the tires to address it. When my vehicle was returned to me the whole tire sensor system was inactivated. I should have been informed of this prior to this action.

Was told I was to receive 1 free oil change. Was charged $75.00. I stated that I was told I would receive 1 free oil change. The bill was dropped to 67.65. I was told I was to receive tire rotation, I’m pretty that didn’t happen, they put air in the tires; I’ll give them that.So, if I were to bring my car back in for an oil change I will only be charged $7.00, right? I was charged twice for labor. The man who sold me the car said he would call me back, he never did. I will not recommend or go back to this facility.

My Silverado, which only has 34,000 miles on it, needed $1,700 worth of repairs. That's disturbing.Otherwise, everyone was patient and helpful. I appreciate the communication from Holly, and the cashier's patience while checking out.I also appreciate the badly needed free carwash.
