Don't take your vehicle here!!! Called to make a appointment asked if they can get to my car or I can wait to take it in. Kevin said bring it in. Called a few days later for update Kevin never called me back. Called again a few days later Service Manager told me my car was never looked at over a week has gone by. Had my car for a week sitting on lot never even looked at it. Really bad customer service Never take your vehicle here!!!! Bad business practices. Of course I brought my vehicle to Ray Skillman for great service

My wife and I were not in the position to be in the market for a new car, but unfortunately the one we were driving started to have some issues so we decided to bite the bullet and go car shopping. Johnny B, Patrick, and Trevor were a great in helping us find something affordable and right for my family. They were very sympathetic to our situation and made sure we got a good quality vehicle that wouldn’t break the bank. I was referred there by a friend who has worked with Johnny B multiple times and he said the same thing. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

I had to travel all the way from Louisville, Kentucky to Franklin, Indiana to buy car from Bradley Chevrolet. Trevor and Johnny are amazing guys. They did everything to help me purchase a new car after I lost my previous car in an accident. They were open in Independence Day and stayed with me till the end of the day to complete the paperwork and wish us a safe travel back to Louisville.

Kevin accepted my vehicle early for servicing. Then he answered all my questions about my vehicle. I only had to wait an hour and a half after being told waiting estimate would be two hours. Excellent!! Later during checkout I was able to use reward points bringing total for service to an awesome price. Cashier gave me three Carwash tickets. Cool. Thank you Bradley team. Very good experience!

Everyone is nice and friendly. They returned phone calls, which is a rare experience compared to another dealership that we tried to work with. I took in a picture of the car I wanted and they made it happen in the time frame that I needed. They worked as a team beyond closing to get it done.
