This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a car! I have a 600 dollar monthly payment and with in the first 4 months I have spent 900 in repairs. I just got the car back from repairs on Wednesday and it’s now Friday and there is a new problem! Do not buy from them! They sell cash for clunker vehicles at a high dollar price and then when problems start to pop up they say they aren’t liable. The most crooked car salesmen I have ever seen!

We bought a traded in car from Bradley Chevrolet for $9000 and had it for a week and under 100 miles before it died. The two repair shops we has towed it to said it was a mistake made when it was traded in and the oil was changed and overfilled. We have dumped over $1000 into this car and it is unusable. Bradley is refusing to take any responsibility for their part in the car damage. Not returning calls and passing blame to the mechanic, who passes it off to another manager, who passes us off to someone in sales. All sorts of Sleazy tactics and we are regretting the moment we stepped inside the dealership.

Had a very good experience working with Brayton in the service department, he did a great job getting my truck repaired in a timely manner and making sure warranty coverage did it's part. I highly recommend these guys. Ask for Brayton!!!!Services: Oil change

I dropped my 2016 Cadilac off at Bradley Chevrolet Collision Center on Sunday 08-28 for a Monday, 08-29 morning appointment. The first problem was there is nowhere to leave your key? No sign, no dropbox...NOTHING. After walking all around their facility I decided, by chance to leave the key in their service department drop box some 300 feet behind me around the corner. The job (rear bumper skin) was supposed to take 7-10 days. I picked my car up on Tuesday 10-04, yep 37 days later. I get part delays, insurance delays & employee delays. Here is my problem. I, or my wife, called them five different times for updates. I, nor my wife, received ONE call from them, no text, no email...NOTHING with the exception of a call on Monday evening 10-03 stating my car was done. In my opinion, this is simply unacceptable and there is NO excuse. When I picked the car up it looked like it had been sitting outside for a month. Again, not acceptable. The LEAST they could have done was have it washed. There was no way to check the quality of work because the car was too dirty. They did give me a coupon for their car wash, but couldn't find time in the 37 days they had it to have it washed. Overall this was an extremely poor experience & I would not recommend them... I can only writye one review, so, here is bad service, part two: ***Buyer Beware*** I had some sort of leak on my driveway from my 2016 Cadillac and it was sitting at their collision center for over a month, so, I asked the service department to check out where the leak was coming from. As has been my experience with this dealership...I heard nothing from anyone...no call, text, or email. After four days I called them & was told it was the transfer case leaking. I asked him to please send me the estimate in writing...Here is what they sent me. Hello Steve, Rob from Bradley Chevrolet. The tech found the transfer case and transmission pan leaking on the CTS. The worst leak is coming from the transfer case. The quote to replace the transfer case with a half-hour diagnosis charge included is $2730 installed with parts, tax, and labor. It is a 4.5 hour job and all the parts needed are $1716.36. I would consider the transmission pan gasket leak as a seep and it is quoted at $520 to replace the gasket, filter, and refill the fluid. I will also let you know that you are only about 500 miles out of the factory powertrain warranty. Being a Chevrolet dealer I cannot do Goodwill Assistance on Cadillac's but if you regularly get the car serviced at a Cadillac dealership they may be able to offer you some assistance on the repairs. [email protected] I told them not to do anything & paid them $65 for their diagnosis. I then took the car to Lockhart Cadillac on Tuesday 10-04. I received a call from them on Thursday 10-06 explaining that whoever diagnosis this did not know what they were talking about. The leak was from a hairline crack in the transmission pan & that it needed to be replaced. There was nothing wrong with the transfer case. I assume this is just ignorance or incompetence on their part & not an attempt to do a job that clearly was not needed..

If I could give them zero reviews I would. I definitely will not be coming back for anything here. I have bought 2 vehicles from here (mainly because I didn't have a choice) and have been extremely dissatisfied for each. My SUV had a spare key mailed to them and they misplaced it and now want me to pay for a new one...that doesn't make sense to me. My other car had been worked on a lot the past 2 years since I've had it and now they all of a sudden can't fix the airbag issue. I don't know how you can call and tell me with no problem that not fixing my airbags isn't a big deal but I need to pay for my tire that was fixed...I have no problem paying for service but I think I need to be compensated somehow for all the problems I've gone though with them. I have removed all decal from both vehicles because I refuse to give them more service. Not sure how someone can feel comfortable running a business like this.

Husband has had his car in service from hitting a deer over a month ago and it’s still not done - claim rep extended car rental an extra 12 days given we were told vehicle would be done this week. Now being told that paint booth is broke for the second time and NO loaner car was even offered! So thanks Bradley for inconveniencing us once again ! GET it together

Had warranty work done there on my Buick Encore. Holly got everything sorted out for me and everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. my car is pulling to the right side like it did before when the fixed .requested someone ,they let someone else fix the car they are not honest with me I will not be going back , I have been a customer since 2016 how would they feel if it was their car I mean they never listen they just yes me to death I just paid $200 dollars for oil change air was not put in the tires rotate tires included with oil change fuel ignition I just do get it some one said they were good but my car after tire rotation is pulling to the right side I guess it was time .
