I approached this BP with hope in my heart and $20 in my pocket. Foolish, naive, unprepared. The pump took my money and then laughed in my face (digitally, but I felt it in my soul). No gas. No refund. Just a screen blinking like it was taunting me in Morse code.
I went inside seeking help, only to be met by a cashier who looked like they’d seen too much. I whispered, “Pump 4 stole my money.” They sighed and said, “Again?” AGAIN?! What in the gas-station Twilight Zone is this?
The bathroom looked like a scene from a horror movie set in a medieval dungeon. I opened the door and it creaked like the gates of doom. A cockroach ran across the sink and gave me a side-eye like I was the intruder.
And don’t get me started on the hot dog roller. Those mystery meat logs have been rotating since the Bush administration. One of them blinked at me. I swear it.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy being emotionally and financially mugged by a gas pump. I’ve seen friendlier energy at an exorcism.
BP, you owe me gas, money, and therapy.
