I have never been refused service for having a service dog in anyhotel ever. The on duty manager, Robin, refused us a room. Even after identifying both federal and Indiana Ada laws, she refused. This is not a comfort dog or emotional support animal but a dog utilized for mobility, which is protected under state and local statutes.I was humiliated in front of other guests.She actually expected me to be happy she refunded my reservation fee.Totally uncalled for behavior.Noteworthy details: Don't go here.

Rooms need some maintenance to them. Need good cleaning to get the dust off. I slept well, bed was conformable. Good size rooms.

Kept very clean, but needs a lot of maintenance. Paint peeling and cosmetic damage to furniture, appliances, and fixtures. It's just showing its age. Overcharged for the quality of facilities.

It looks like it is in the middle of a remodel and there are cleanliness issues throughout the hotel. Found hairs in the bed, missing smoke detectors, rusty bathroom fixtures. Good location and the managers were nice, but there are much nicer hotels in the same location.

My husband and I stayed here recently and I wouldn't stay there again. There were MANY issues, but I'll just highlight the main ones. The bathroom in our room was absolutely horrible. The vent was broken (sounded atrocious when turned on) and was full of dust and the drain had a bunch of hair in it. The carpet was definitely aged/outdated and the stairways smelled musty. The syrup for the waffles was bitter and the orange juice was extremely watery. The bed was comfortable though and the a/c worked. The room itself was clean.

My brother was placed at this hotel after a house fire. Now mind you he is in a wheelchair and on oxygen. Thus hotel would not let him stay passed the second night even though he had money because he smelled like smoke!

This was an excellent hotel. The front desk was exceptional. The gentleman working at the front desk on the night shift went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was great! It was hot and fresh with lots of variety. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Nice landscaping and the parking lot was well kept and felt safe. The lobby was inviting and spacious. I give this hotel five stars hands down.Rooms: Very clean and inviting. Nice mistress and bedding.Safety: Well lit and visible staff.Food & drinks: Waffle House, Culver's, McDonalds and gas station within walking distance.Noteworthy details: Right off the highway. Friendly staff.

First Room assigned had serious mold issues. Second Room was not as moldy. Smell of Cannabis was everywhere. Whoever owns this establishment has not funded the necessary upkeep. It is in dire need of repairs. We were also quite shocked that the entire 3 nights had cleared our bank before the first day of stay. After multiple bad experiences with Wyndham, we won't ever stay at a Wyndam property again.Rooms: HELP!!

The rooms and common areas were extremely dirty! (bordering on filthy) The elevator was not working, the icemaker on our floor was not working, the room was not stocked with essentials (soap, coffe, etc), and light bulbs were missing. When we checked in, the clerk was on his phone arguing with someone and did not check us in properly. At 12:50 AM someone was trying to get into the room because the front desk had checked them in to our room. They had to call us from the front desk to correct the issue. Keep in mind that this is almost 1:00 in the morning! The curtains would not close properly and the parking lot lights were shining in the window all night. The final straw was finding at checkout they had charged us $15 above the price on our registration. The location was good for us, but we will NOT be staying here again!

Husband stayed here for his Granddaughter's graduation. Elevator broken. Pool not open. Card charged for two night stay before he ever even reached his second floor room immediately after check-in. Good thing he ended up with a two-queen room since the bed broke in the middle of the night. Got back to the hotel late after graduation to find his key not working, went back down the stairs to the desk to find that nobody was tending it. Waited almost a half hour on someone to show up. Person went out to pick up food!!?? ONE person on duty and they left the property for food mid-shift? Really? Only thing going for it was that it was in the town where his granddaughter lives. Oh and yeah, second floor room only one available for a disabled veteran and the elevator was broken. And no reparations offered for all the broken, non-working "amenities" like the elevator and bed.

Noticed a review from 2 months ago the bathroom door was damaged from seemed like someone had punched it also the tub and shower as well as other issues in the bathroom were not up to par. 2 months later im in the same room with the same exact issues... Come on now this is sad.

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. I doubt any hotel in the area is soundproof, but the highway noise here was very loud inside the room. Good value.

We stayed here while working a job nearby. The front desk staff was very nice and hospitable, and was quick to address any questions I had. The hotel was safe, clean, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.
