After having a bad experience with another unprofessional staff at another office scared my dog years ago I looked for someone new. I have been taking him here for a few years now. Everyone is so friendly and kind. And truly care. I will never go anywhere else. Dr Soto is so good with Hershey. I could never take him anywhere else.

I don’t know what we would do without Dr. Soto and the Bargersville Veterinary team. The level of care and kindness is unmatched. I drive almost an hour one way for my two pups to be seen there and it’s well worth the trip every time.

Dr. Soto and her Team are the absolute BEST Vet Team I have EVER worked with. I am so scared to EVER leave my sweet 15-16yo distinguished older fella with ANYONE, especially at first when he did not really KNOW where he was at or who was with him…. He is a rescue baby and I begged them to PROMISE me he would be cared for as if he were their very own and to kindly respect my wishes to absolutely NEVER crate him bc he has PTSD from so many years ago being imprisoned at a scary and very overcrowded Shelter when his original mom/dad gave up on him at such a very young age. Left for his own fate to be determined by the man upstairs and the luck of the perfect person choosing to call him their own new and FOREVER companion. He shakes and cries the entire time you even set him near a crate. The assured me he would become the honorary Office Pupanger (office manager) the ENTIRE day. I could bring anything I wished to bring to make him feel most comfortable. Well I took his big temperpudic bed, his full sized fleece blanket he loves so much, his favorite stuffie he likes to carry all over the place and show to anyone or any furry friend enters the hospital for their appointment. Food and water bowl and multiple snack options and treat choices. He has not wants at all that I didn’t pack up and tag along with us. He literally trots around the entire facility in his little harness vest and collar w tags all day long at his own time and space/speed. He went on day one bc he had an accident and fell off the top of our cement back porch (3-4ft drop which is far for a 22.5lb little old man dog). He then had issues not falling over from his rear legs giving out on him and or simply unable to bear weight for longer than 2 minutes at a time before completely falling over or down. It was to the point we had the tough chat (boyfriend and I) that his first appointment may not go the way we wish it would and I would need to not be selfish and allow him his death with dignity to relieve him from the pain and discomfort of being able to have the best quality of life. However. I wasn’t sold bc he is his happy self. Butt wiggling tail wagging, lover who has his forever love of food and his fresh water to which he would swim in if the bowl were large enough lol. So when I first met Dr Soto I explained this all to her and stated. I do not know you from David, but I am going to place my trust and respect within you to tell me what is the best next steps for my baby and to please not beat around the bush or candy coat anything. He rep and purely honest. Realistic not just optimistic. I don’t mean to sound so bossy. But I’m watching my baby diminish more every day and cannot even finish his dinner in one sitting while standing if in one place without dropping his head in pure defeat and collapsing completely. I need to know if he’s in any pain?! He’s not crying or wincing. So no way for me to personally know without doubts. And he doesn’t deserve to live in pain and horrible pain at that. He is already blind in at least one eye and losing his hearing so time is limited. We know. But we just don’t feel he is ready to leave us yet. But we must help him if we do not help with death with dignity (which would still be the hardest of hard decisions if she stated that is what should happen. He began his new treatment plan THAT day. I dropped him off for the WHOLE DAY (1st time I’ve ever left him by himself). Dr Soto sent texts all day w updates on his progress and stated the Acupuncture Therapy and B12 shots are without any hesitations showing extreme progress and advised he continue his therapy every 2 weeks for a minimum of about 6 weeks! Then decide next steps. My boy is acting like a 6 month old puppy (energy is out of control…in a GREAT way), has not fallen over or even quickly fell to his rearend after standing for over 30 min plus at a time. He can completely fill up his little tummy without having to take a quick sit break and shuffles next door for his sips of water between bites with no issues. We will forever use this Vet!

Dr Soto and her team do a great job. Dr Soto is very educated and caring. The staff make it easy to make appointments and to relay questions to the veterinarian. I highly recommend. Prices are within normal range for vet care. Office and exam rooms are clean.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Soto and the staff at this clinic. My granddog has Addison's Disease and in Dr. Soto's care never had a crisis. The staff and Dr. Soto catered to Shadow's fears and concerns. If you love your pet, this is your place!

We've always had a great experience here, with all of the doctors we've seen with our two pups. Getting an appointment is tricky here and there, but we've had so much more luck than with other vets -- where other vets couldn't find an appointment for emergencies for over a week, we've always been able to get in within a day or so here. And they treat the dogs with so much respect and try to ease their anxiety as much as possible. Even the separate waiting area to help them be a bit more calm on their own is such a smart and kind touch. Prices are a tad more than what we were paying elsewhere, but I'll take higher prices in exchange for having a staff that cares about my babies as much as I do. We're very happy with our experience here so far and expect that to only get better.
