“I bank at the Branch in Edinburgh and posted a review on the phenomenal and unsurpassed care they give each customer on their individual needs. But I also experienced today that kindness and care exceeds the four walls of the bank. Renae who is a CSR in Franklin saw that I needed some help at a gas station and without hesitation provided me help. This is how businesses and people were when I was growing up and it is far and few between these days. So I wanted the upper echelon at Horizon to know they have an outstanding ambassador working for them . And I wanted to thank Renae again. Horizon is a TOP NOTCH bank and anyone will be more than satisfied to be a customer of them.”

1500 N Morton St, Franklin“I came in a few weeks ago, and was frustrated that there are no tellers and you can’t do any cash transactions here (except through the ATM). So, for what I needed, I had to drive to another location which was frustrating.
I came back this week and was actually able to set up a bank account for my son with one of the bankers, Gabe. Gabe was very friendly, efficient, and helpful!!! So, there are several things this location can still do.
In summary, we do want tellers and cash transaction capabilities back at this branch though! Please!!!”

1600 N Morton St, Franklin“We rarely go to a physical location, but we have generally had good experiences at this location. My only issue is, I think that the people greeters they have inside the bank are just weird & they really serve no purpose. I have encountered them at two separate branches and each time they asked why I was there & then couldn't really help beyond that! I think their payroll funds could be utilized better elsewhere!”
