Kind employees who treated me with respect when I came In for multiple parts for my van. Didn't try to rip me off which happens almost everywhere else as I'm a small woman. Good selection as well. Little expensive but everything is now a days! Thank you for the help with my van and for having great employees!

Trying to get help in reference to trying to see if I can get a tool from inside the building to help me get my air cleaner box off so I can find out if I need a new air filter. Went through three different guys and, they just dropped me off and went to somebody else at the counter and didn't want to do no work or even help me. When I was the only one there and other people just kept coming in they helped them. Was bad service that Is Day!!!! No follow through of three different people behind counter. Couldn't even locate a torque bit screwdriver so I could help me get my air cleaner out....

Asked for a jump for my car that died in their parking lot. I was told they don't do that but I could buy a car battery charger. Terrible experience at this location. Had to wait a while after they closed to get someone out to my car.

I would like to say good things about the Autozone store location in Franklin, IN. Store manager Doug McKinley and his staff have been very helpful recently regarding issues involving my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee- he has a great team working for him. They are knowledgeable, helpful & very professional- I would give 6 stars if I could- for example-Mr McKinley drove all the way over to the Bargersville store to pick up a diagnostic tester that I needed. That was very nice of him. You can’t put a price on that kind of dedication & customer service

Extremely helpful member of staff, even offered to replace my wipers while it was pouring rain out. I declined, but appreciated the offer. Great place to shop.
