My dryer wouldn't start. Tech was on time. Nice guy, found problem right away. He ordered part,and had it shipped directly to me. All I needed was a new timer knobs. Will call on them again.

Everyone here was REALLY nice! It wasn’t as expensive as other companies!!! There was no fee just to come and look at it, there was only a fee for having them fix it!!!! Y’all were hero’s, and I give everybody who works at this small company a big thanks, i know we are moving soon and I really hope you guys are able to help us at our new location if we need it. And once again YALL ARE HEROS!!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

The girl in the office is the most unprofessional person I know . She is rude has the nastiest attitude. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. Girl adjust your attitude. You have no customer service what's so ever. And for your information my dishwasher was not connected. It pulls in and out. I just had my kitchen remodel from a fire and they did not attach my dishwasher they just push it in where it suppose to go. You're technician did not put the motor in cause my drain line was leaking so he turned it off so I could get it repaired. I had a plumbing problem not a floor problem. Because you was so ignorant and hype you couldnt listen instead you hung up the phone on me.Get yout facts straight and stop been so ignorant.
The technician that came out was very nice and professional.
Your response is a lie. My kitchen is newly remodeled nothing is wrong with the floor. It was a sewer problem in the kitchen why the technician did not put the motor in the dish washer. I needed to call a plumber out before he would complete the job. SO PLEASE STOP LYING. My washer room floor was mess up not my kitchen. NO your rude officer was the yelling. She has no customer service and you're just as bad if you're defending that. I have worked in customerservice for over 35 years and she behavior is not acceptable.

Tech was sent to us from American Home Shield. He stayed for 2 minutes and our claim was denied two weeks later. I don't know what he could have possibly done in two minutes. Avoid this company and American Home Shield. The representative was very rude and is still being rude on the review.

Both girls are RUDE and unprofessional !
Take our advice.....call someone else !
I have no patience for rude and there are plenty of other options....Seniors beware !
They say u received a discount of 10% but I don't think u really do. That is just part of the invoice small print. Ha.
I will just chalk this up to one more bad experience.
Note: service was performed well.

From my experience , just go buy a new one ! They wanted 450$ to fix my dryer and 375$ to fix my washer. Way more than I was expecting it to be. Just wasted 85$. And, he didn’t bring a step ladder, so I had to help him put the dryer on the floor. He left it sitting in my hallway! Blocking my bedroom door !! Thanks !
