I stopped in for an emergency nail replacement, just one of my nails needed replaced! The lovely gentleman that helped me goes by the name of Trouble. He was an absolute DOLL! He fixed me up in no time, and did an outstanding job might I add. He matched my nail shape, length, and color!! I was back on the road in no time at all! Annnnd when I went to the counter to pay he denied my money, told me it was on the house! This salon is gorgeous, the chairs are comfortable, atmosphere is classy, the hospitality is a 100/10. I have already, and will continue to tell my friends and family! Everyone needs a little Trouble in their lives! ?

If I could give them no stars I would. I have been going to them for 2 years, first year they did amazing. This year my nails have not lasted over a week, my nails always have lasted 3-4 weeks. I’m guessing the solution they have is more watered down this is causing my nails to decrease in lasting! I will go somewhere else. I was a faithful customer but now I’ll go somewhere else, until I learn to do them myself. I just got them redone this past Saturday 1st. It was the 6th when it came off. I won’t tolerate this kind of behavior again. You know your material isn’t lasting long, although I do use my right hand more(what he conjured up to state was the issue) my nails over 10 years have lasted.

I went in to get my acrylics taken off, and ended up in so much pain! I thought it would be better to go get them taken off professionally, rather than doing it myself. I thought she would soak them and then take them off gently, but no! she just started ripping them off! she tore a chunk out of my thumb nail, and ripped the end of my pointer nail so so short! I ended up just crying and in so much pain! I wouldn't be surprised if I get an infection. do not go here they suck :(

I got nicked several times by the nail tech and she kept saying it was nothing. Then I told her, "yeah there is something I felt pain" and she just scoffed. She spent the whole time quiet and annoyed by me, which I in turn became quiet and also got annoyed by her. It's a good looking place sure, but I didn't like my service. I'm not coming back. Take your money elsewhere.

First time I liked the results. I came back several more times but each time had issues- nails too thick, little black specks in the polish, the color I picked didn’t look like the sample in the book. Today is the last time. If you are a professional or have a life, don’t waste your precious time here. They are extremely slow, which I can usually tolerate but today was the end of my patience. They had me sit for 30 minutes with acetone soaked cotton on my nails while they took other people and ignored me. I finally gave up after being there 90 minutes! How rude and unorganized! I finally decided to give up and just leave and will NEVER to back.
