“Update! I jumped to the conclusion that someone did not care to sell a car. I wish I had not done that. After Pam called me and told me about the brand new online system they are trying and how it should work but didn't, I wanted to make people aware that my original post was premature and unfairly critical. The store employees were not even notified of my inquiry. The system just sent a generic email.So you do not need to make an appointment. I just showed up after work because I really like the truck and the price. Boy! There was not one person there who wasn't just as nice and just helpful. The salesman, Mike, was genuinely friendly. He was the only salesman and had more than one customer on site.Still I didn't have to wait but just a couple minutes. How he juggled everybody at once I couldn't tell you. So please read this update! I have had a very pleasant experience and I'm more than happy with how they actually treat you.And if I get the truck I will revisit this and post a pic of it.”
