This is by far the friendliest location I have been too, staff is great including the General Manager Amanda. She’s upfront and honest about all of the vehicles and we’re glad we choose this location to get a vehicle from. I would recommend Superior Auto over any other BHPH! Thanks again Amanda!

This use to be a great dealership. Not anymore. The employees are rude, they tried to push me into a vehicle I didn't want. The GM was only one day into the job and the older lady was bossy and rude. Then when my friend asked if we could go to another lot they said no. Wellll we went to the Monticello dealership and had a completely different experience.

Excellent place to buy a car. Customer service went way beyond to help purchase my 2016 Chevy Impala LTD. Couldn't ask for anything less then the greatest service there when buying a car. Thanks Girls

Like any used vehicle its going to have issues at some point. They give you the option to have it looked at and they WILL fix any issues before selling it. I bought an SUV and I to had issues after purchasing but they have been nothing but great with helping to get it fixed and ****** is super nice and nothing but helpful. I got my SUV from *************** and they have been nothing but great. Thank you

Am I the only one that has not had a problem with this company? They have always been nice to me. One time my payment didnt go through and i received a call. They just informed me that it didnt go through. It was because i got a new debit card. I gave them the new number and have not had a problem. They have never been rude. I have had to replace and alternator and a battery, i have also replaced a radiator. I feel like those things happen when you purchase a used car. if you bought a car and signed the papers without a warranty, then you have now taken on that responsibility. maybe its just me, but i really dont think they are that bad. higher priced vehicles, but if our credit wasnt awful we wouldnt have to pay higher prices.

Currently paying on my second car from here. First one was almost paid off completely but was totaled. Pretty easy/ straight forward financing, even for people with bad credit (like 500-600 credit score) My first car from here had a few minor issues that didn't need to be addressed right away. My second one (that I got mid pandemic in 2020) the ac compressor went out within a month, they were happy to help me get it fixed (adding the repair cost to the loan of course) and its been nothing but smooth sailing since. Make your payments on time/ communicate with them if you can't make a scheduled payment and they'll work with you.Would have given 5 stars if the cars were a tad less expensive while making sure they're safe for people to use. But overall i've had a good experience with them.

If I could put ZERO stars i would. I have had NOTHING but issues with this company since day one in March of 2018. I have less than 6 months to pay of my car. Have put thousands of dollars in to it. When I first got it I had to replace the transmission, wheel barring's and axels. Recently I had to replace the catalytic converter. I had also recently applied to change my payment date due to getting a different job. Today I was informed I needed to make my payment but I do not get paid until next week. The employee that took my papers to get my payment date changed quit working and now Im losing my car due to the employee quitting. This place is beyond horrible. ** *** **** **** **** **** **** **** ** ********** ***** There has been multiple employees in and out. So because an employee quit I am losing my car and it is going on my credit report as bad credit. This place will screw up over any which way they can.

These are the kind of car lots that give people nightmares. Was told how “lucky I was to come here. We are going to be the only place that will be able to get you into a car”. Found out later that was a huge lie my credit was good enough to go to a regular dealership. After that, I stated I had a trade in which they told me over the phone I could trade in anything push pull or tow for $2k towards a car deal and was told they would tow it. Once I arrived, they stated “well, Today is the last day we can honor that so if you can get it towed here, then we can try to honor it.” Well, I couldn’t get that arranged so I stated that over the phone, she had told me that they would tow. She said “normally we could be our guy is out right now repoing cars” (apparently this is a big practice of theirs. They do the loans themselves with no banks involved and handle the money and if your a day late, they will come repo you and hold your car hostage even if it’s their own systems oversight.) After that, I didn’t do my homework and was charged $13k for an SUV that has a book value of $4k and that’s IF it’s in perfect condition. I test drove it with no issues but was questioned the second I got back “you didn’t take it to any mechanics did you?” Should have been a red flag right there but I figured I would be ok. Also was told that “new corporate policy states that we cannot our more then $10 of gas in any car” to which I responded with “ok well that one is on empty so feel free to put it in.” That was met with “well, my coworker is supposed to be back from lunch any minute not sure where he is. Once he gets back, he can do it.” At this point, I had been there for over 3.5 hours and saw no one that left or came in. So if he went to lunch, he was gone for a long long time. I needed to get going, so I skipped the gas. Once i drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on. I called them immediately with no answer, then emailed them. I got no response until I called again the next day to which I had to take it to their chop shop. I took it to a friends shop just to get their diagnostic done which came up with a sensor issue simple fix. When I took it into their shop, they told me it was a different problem and that I needed to bring it back on once the parts came in. After visit 2, the light came on again. At this point, I knew I had been had. I went on to talk to dealership about potentially getting a different more reliable car which was met with a lot of threats and crap from their general manager Veronica Hankins. Steer clear of this “lady” (easily distinguishable by the mole/growth on her forehead and the one that looks like absolute trailer trash). She had a condescending look on her face the entire time knowing she had conned me. I was told I can try and exchange it for a few cars on the lot, all of which were junk and prices were almost triple what the book values were, so I decided to cut my losses and take the SUV I got. Well It’s been a month and I’ve have had to take it in 5 times to get fixed for the same problem and am now being told that if I have to take it in again EVEN if it’s the same problem that was found the DAY I BOUGHT IT I have to pay for it. I of course found this out from the shop instead of from Veronica who in her Customer Service Expertise has decided to ignore all of my calls and emails. I would recommend anyone that thinks they are SOL or fallen on hard times to steer clear of this hole of a place. Sleazy general manager that is trying nothing more then to con you out of your money for a car that is at least marked up double what it’s worth. If you feel like you have no choice because of credit issues, I would try ROSE CITY MOTORS in Toledo. They will help you regardless of credit, they will tow your trade in into the shop and actually honor their promotions. Their cars are marked up higher then boom value, but not anywhere near double or triple the mark up Superior does. Veronica is a scum bag of a human being and karma will eventually collect (already looks like it is with that huge growth on her face
