Susan and Kristine have shown empathy and caring attitudes during times when customers are frustrated and confused by the endless requirements related to any situation. They treat people as friends, not faceless numbers.I just wish the local State Farm offices were allowed to handle things from beginning to end. Trying to work with people on the Call Center has been a giant pain. Right after the accident I had 4 calls in one day from different individuals (all working from IL) and not one of them knew that the information they were requesting I had already supplied! To say I was frustrated is an understatement.
