This is the best place to work out in Frankfort.
They have every piece of equipment you could want other than hack squat. It’s very clean, the staff is very nice and the manager is great. You can tell they all enjoy their jobs here and I look forward to talking to everyone when I arrive.

I met with Rachel yesterday to tour the facility and sign up. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable which is rare these days! I look forward to getting back on track with my fitness journey knowing the staff are judgment free and friendly!
