We contracted Himstedt Improvements to accomplish upgrade and appearance work to our home prior to selling the property. It made a very good change to the presentation of the home for showing and took care of a lot of repairs/remodeling that I had let go over the years.We definitely recommend Himstedt Improvements!!!

They built a roof over our deck. It looks awesome. They did everything they said they would. the workers told us what time they would arrive and they were always there at on time. They cleaned up the work site every day. It looks great.
