They were polite and understanding helped me reverse one payment and reschedule another draft fee. I've banked with several different banks over the years. She is so knowledgeable, kind, consistent and just awesome!I have to say I have had terrible experiences with someone else at this branch, just knowing I may have to interact with her is anxiety invoking. They are always smiling and ready to help! This is a very convenient location for me. We had fraud on our account and Ben helped us right away and started calling the banks the fake checks were deposited to. He was able to stop over 5K in fraud checks from coming out of our account. I'm happy with their service overall!”
