We love the gym and walkable neighborhood around the property as well. It’s clear the staff really cares about the property.”
“My step-dad was a maintenance man there for a while and my sister and brother-n-law live there currently and they like it there since the lady in apt. above them, that intentionally messed with them when ever she could, finally got evicted!”
“We really like our apartment at Ridgeview Fortville! We moved to the area last October, and it was nice to find an affordable apartment so close to Fishers, Noblesville, Pendleton, etc. We also really like the small town of Fortville! Everyone we’ve met in the town has been so friendly and welcoming, and we love all the events!
Our favorite things about the apartment are the upgraded flooring, upgraded countertops, large walk in closet in the main bedroom, large closet in the second bedroom, and responsive maintenance! I also really like the layout of the apartment. I think the living room and bedroom are a good size, and I like having a nook in the kitchen for a dining table. There’s also lots of storage! I mentioned the closets in the bedrooms already, but there’s also a full closet size pantry in the kitchen, some storage possible in the water heater closet, and entry closet, and a shelf above washer and dryer. With some over the door hooks and hanging shelves, I’ve been able to expand this even more. I have more storage here than in the house I owned before this!
There are some things I dislike, but they’re all manageable. The apartments have baseboard heating in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. They definitely kept the apartment warm in the winter, but it was a little tedious setting them each individually. There’s also just one window air conditioner in the kitchen, which is the furthest room from the bedrooms. I imagine it may be difficult to get cool air back there, so we purchased a fan to blow cool air towards the back of the apartment. That also means we have to keep the bedroom doors open at all times. We haven’t experienced really hot days yet, so I’m not sure yet how effective this will be. But it has kept the apartment cool when the temperatures are in the 70s.
Overall really happy with where we’re at, and I’m curious to see the new apartments that are being built in the complex to see if we will want to upgrade while still staying with Ridgeview!”
