The foreign 888 customer service screwed up my accounts, so I went to the store to see what they could do to help me. Dalton understood exactly what was going on, and he fixed my accounts back to what they should be, and then he found additional discounts for me. I was super happy with my experience at the store. Dalton was fantastic! From now on, I am doing all my business in the store. Thanks Dalton!

I had to pay $200 for service I did not have any did not use. They didn't cancel the account and didn't even realize I had returned the equipment and just kept billing me January, February, March, April, May, June... I realize it's coming out of my account and go in and make sure they stop it and they said they would credit my account for one month. They didn't... They didn't even account for the equipment I brought back and sent me a collections email!I just paid $200 to get the account finally paid so I didn't get sent to collections for services I didn't use and they could clearly see I didn't use.Josh and Seth told me they felt bad but this was how Xfinity does business... If it was a little lower they could have helped me as they said they can clearly see I was not using the service at all for 2023.In all, it was $125 ish per month for 7 months that Xfinity stole from me AND THEN if I didn't pay the $200 would turn it into my credit... Josh and Seth both rolled their eyes at how their company treats customers and said they are so sorry...Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Use Frontier Or a mobile 5G services as it was clear from both my conversation with Seth and Josh - this is standard business practice by this company.

Very poor customer service, I was there to return a piece of equipment and when I asked for receipt because I don't want any future issues, I was told that I will receive an email tomorrow but I asked I need email or receipt now or some kind of proof that I returned the equipment then I was told that he needs account holder present with ID to get the receipt, whereas he was OK to return when I did not ask for receipt. It was just harassment for no reason. I end up taking back the equipment home and now I am sending through UPS without any harassment.

This van cut me off, drove eradicately through the street, and turned unsafely around a school zone. The driver should be held accountable and should drive more professionally and patiently in your logo's vehicle

I have been in the store several times in the last 3 months with a phone problem . Each time I had great service by all the employees. They were patient, very helpful, and friendly. I just left the store and Dalton helped me this time. He was great. Spent time with me to fix my problem and explained several new apps for me. The only bad experience I had was with the store manager. I felt he did not want to be bothered with my problem, was no help and said this is how electronics work now. I would recommend talking to any employee and not the manager.

This is the worst internet and phone provider around!! I was paying 250 for internet and phones.. one that I have cancelled over 3 months ago finally got the teen care of after 3 months of paying for it. Horrible internet as well. Went to a different company and so far so good.

Samantha is amazing! Awesome personality and great people skills, just moved out here from Chicago and have been having a hard time transferring everything but she has been so helpful! Even tho theses past weeks have been hell with the transfer and on the phone with many reps Samantha has given us hope in Xfinity and can happily say we are staying with Xfinity due to our experience with her.

Jared, Ion, and Joe great customer service. I exchanged a defective product and it was no hassle. In and out in 5 minutes. Store was very clean/ bright.
