I've never had a bad experience with this branch. My favorite Teller is wonderful, always so pleasant, always smiling and never disappoints. She greets everyone like they're old friends.

If I wanted someome to judge me based on how I look, I'd go to church. Not to a bank in a grocery store. After asking me questions about my personal life, and the reason for the amount on the personal check from my father, they wouldn't deposit it. I shouldn't have to explain ANYTHING about my life or finances to someone that does math with a machine for a living. I also shouldn't hear him say "I don't think I should do it" under his breath multiple times. And he probably shouldn't tell me to use a different bank and then deposit my money at this one. I've had that account for 11 years, this will be the last year.

I closed my account in September because I moved to Michigan and there are no Woodforest banks around, your employee kept some of my money.When I said I wanted to close my account, the demeanor of the teller changed completely, he started being very short with me and treating me like I was his biggest inconvenience.He called me a couple days later saying a charge of $70 fell off. The way he was talking sounded as if I owed $70. I asked him to explain because $70 was an odd amount for me to have spent.He told me he would keep the account open and call me to redeem the $70 if nothing else happens. So I misunderstood, and I do believe he was misleading on purpose. He rushed over the fact that I didn't owe the bank anythin, the bank owed me. That wasn't made clear at all. It wasn't until I hung up the phone that I was able to think about what he said and realized he said they would keep the money for me. It slipped my mind until now because I was in the middle of a move.

Melissa and her team is so freaking awesome !! I've been with Woodforest for 6 years now . They has help me so much , they are like a 2nd chance bank, I hope I'm saying this right . But this bank accepted me with open arms. I filed bankruptcy a couple years ago and this was the only bank that I can open account with.and I'm glad I did .. my friends and Others have tried to get me to go to Others bank idk why !! Others bank had mad restrictions I'm for real . especially when you file bankruptcy do your research so please give them a chance they are really beautiful people . Y'all gotta understand when people can't get there way..... Well of course they'll speak bad about it . . But don't listen to others.. . best experience is yours . Tell them raspberry sent you !!!! ❤️❤️❤️? ?

Worst Bank in Indiana the branch managers and the tellers are the same no say they have to call main office to get any thing approved .my advice go get a Bank account some were else.
