Lack of communication skills with residents even with individual messaging, as well as emails. Changing normal day to day hours than what’s posted on the office or in our emails we get with information of the residents assuming we will know someone is “picking up” on an office closed day(Sunday).

We put in work orders not even 2 days ago and maintenance showed up very fast! Robert ?England? i believe was his last name, was very nice and very quick. not only that but his work turned out very nice!! outstanding work!!!

I lived here for 3 years and all the review about the maintenance are true. It took them almost a month to come fix my light switch. As for other things I gave up on calling them and fixed it myself. Be careful when you move out there will be a lot of charges to look out for. Even if your apartment is super clean when you move out they will add a charge to it. For the price that they charge the apartment should come with washer and dryer. Overall, I would not recommend it after 3 years of living here.

Highly recommended! I had a fantastic tour of Woodbridge Apartments, and Ashley was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the visit. Her exceptional assistance is the reason why I felt compelled to leave this review. The community and amenities are great too!

Went to woodbridge to tour an apartment and when I got there, I was greeted by the leasing manager Ashley. She was extremely helpful and thorough. I am not looking to move for a couple more months but I will definitely be coming back to check it out again!

Don't live here. If you're thinking about it, it's not worth it. I've had a ticket in for maintenance for the last 15 days and I still haven't received any kind of update at all about the issue, even after calling nearly every day, and physically going into the office. I've also called Gold Oller's useless corporate help line about this issue, and they told me to call the apartment complex office, then gave me the number to a complex in Illinois. It was also like this when we had AC problems last year, as other reviewers also note. Save yourself the headache of arguing with liars and don't live here.
