Was quoted $600 MAYBE $650. When it was time to pick it up (two weeks later), suddenly the charge was $952. NOBODY called to authorize these charges or communicate this at all. Completely unprofessional, how is that even legal? Will not be returning. Looking at other reviews, it is clear that is how they regularly do business. Unacceptable.

The Werner’s Garage crew were friendly, helpful, and the service I received far surpassed my expectations. They helped me understand the problem, walked me through every aspect of the repair and solved the problem.
Thank you!

Saved my 2014 A4 2.0T!
My car needed a reseal on my valve cover (I painted the VC) and when doing it myself I messed up. Werner's did not hesitate at all when I explained the situation.
Car ended up getting all new timing components and the valve cover properly installed with new seals and supporting maintenance items.
Car runs like a champ now & way smoother than before!
Highly Recommend!

I've brought almost every one of my Volkswagen vehicles to these guys for my trivial car repairs. They have never let me down. The local dealership in town charges twice as much for parts than other dealerships in other towns. Therefore we choose to not use them. This shop knows their stuff and literally go out of their way to help out. You have to understand people.... They're Volkswagens... they break. It's what they do. I would and do recommend these guys to anyone I know with VW issues.

We have been taking our European cars to Werner's for the past decade. The appointment was scheduled to have our 2014 GLK 350 with less than 40k miles routinely serviced. We were asked to drop it off on Wednesday before 5, to be serviced on Thursday morning, which we did. It was getting late on Thursday, so we called and were told that the vehicle would not be ready until Friday morning. Again, we called a little before noon on Friday since no one called us and were told they were working on the vehicle and it would be ready by 2p. Tom (rude) called and said the vehicle was ready around 1p. I'm just wondering if they performed any work other than turning off the service light for over $400.After picking the vehicle up it was very dirty. The driver's mat was covered in dirt, the driver's inside door panel was dirty, and there were greasy fingerprints on the hood. The vehicle was driven on a wet gravel road which left caked-on sand under the wheel wells and along the bottom of the vehicle. Customer service is terrible! I'm assuming the owner is unable to monitor his business or has passed away. There are a lot of cars sitting around that need servicing, so that should be a red flag. I'm just saying, take your car there at your own risk. Better yet, read the reviews before you drop your car off at this place. Thanks Werner for the great service from past years.

Great experience at Warners. I had a big job to do and they got it done in about a week. In addition to my original problem they found several other issues that needed addressed and they made sure to call me and walk me through what it was that needed addressed, and whether or not I wanted it done. They updated my quote and were completely transparent. The job was right in line with what they told me and I feel safe knowing that the job was done well based off their honesty. Will definitely be back with all my VW needs.

As loyal customer wBMWs since 2004, I trusted the owner & recommended to others! This review is about incompetence, & misdiagnosis on 2010 Benz E350. June 1, 2023, I called for appointment for suspension noise like metal rattling. I accepted to drop-off on Monday, June 12, 2023. There were no loaners. Usually, I'd have rec'd a call w diagnosis & quote next day. On Wednesday (day 3) @4p., I called. She said she thought somebody may have test drove it, but couldn't hear any sound of metal rattling. I asked if someone could put it on a lift to visually inspect suspension. She said all their lifts were full & when they get a chance they would take a look & call me. Thursday (day 4), She called about 3 p.m. She said it's the lower control arms that need replaced at $875. They could order parts yet that afternoon & possibly have it finished before Friday at 5. I asked for an update call on Friday & got nothing. I had not planned that they would have my vehicle more than a week! On Monday (day 7), as I had ridden my bicycle more than total 50 miles & had a busy week ahead, I called at 2 p. Grumpy man answered saying when their workorder was completed they would call me & hung up. Tuesday, (day 8), She left msg car was done! I navigated my bicycle to Fritz Rd. I paid & squeezed bike in trunk. As I begin to drive away, I hear same metal clunking sound & circled back. She told mechanic. He rode w me around the circle driveway. He said, "oh, it's the drive axle or u-joint!" I said, "I paid $875 for a complete misdiagnosis that took over a week!" He got out & I drove away. They had driven my car 10 miles & could not hear the clunking metal sounds! Yet, after the replacement of unnecessary parts & labor, within 500ft, he could hear the noise! Sadly, I will not return to Werner's Garage.

My engine went bad on my 2018 AMG C43 (frustrated with that in itself). Mercedes quoted me $41,000 to fix it and I passed. I was able to find a motor at a decent price but before buying it I spoke to Tom and he said for sure they can handle the job. They said they had a big workload and I said I wasn’t in a hurry. I purchased the motor and had it shipped to Werner’s and then paid to have my car towed there. Over two months goes by and I call to check in on it and they ask me to call back when the technician is in. Monday comes and I speak to the tech. Turns out he is not comfortable changing the motor because the new one is missing components that need to be transferred or ordered (willing to pay for that expense). I waited for over two months for them to change their mind and not feel comfortable. I’m glad they tell me now instead of having an unqualified mechanic work on it. I guess the most frustrating thing is I bought this engine had it sent there waited 2 patiently waited for months for them to start. Then they change their mind, I’m outside my return window and a portion of my warranty is gone and they won’t even cover the towing to have my car and motor sent to another shop. Poor communication and not even accurate communication at that on management
