For some reason the drive through was closed . Pouring down rain and water puddles leading to the door , I walk into the bank and slipped because of it being so wet outside and the tiles inside the entry way became slippery. Now I am wet and have a sore knee. Your employee was very cold and unfriendly .

They have a pleasant attitude but zero customer service. Have been with Wells Fargo for years and have had difficulties with them multiple times. This location specially is never willing to go above and beyond with customer service. Have had one instance when I forgot my purse and was willing to confirm all info in my account and they couldn't do anything for me so I went to another location and had no problems. Every other week I cash my check and deposit it so it is available immediately and have done this at this location multiple times and they would not do this for me today due to policies that have always been in play? I had them cash my check and told them I will look for a bank that would be willing to do this for me and zero support was offered to keep myself and my husband as one of their clients/customers just that it was my choice to do that. Don't feel that I would want people with minimal loyalty to their customers to have control of my money

Wells Fargo Bank is not customer oriented. I called to ask about CD rates applicable for an IRA. The person I spoke with was unable to help me but suggested I speak with Wells Fargo's brokerage people. While I waited on the phone for 10 minutes the original spokesperson returned to the line and asked if I had a pen handy. The Wells Fargo brokerage people told the original employee I should examine a website, and that I should write down the website address. Inexcusable behavior. I have several questions to be addressed and a website is no alternative to an actual reply by a banker/broker. This isn't my first experience with poor customer relations with Wells Fargo. Considering the messy fraud committed and the Federal fines imposed upon Wells Fargo as punishment, evidently they don't consider customer service a priority. Wells Fargo won't get any of my business.
