I've been a customer going to the same branches since 2009. Same great tellers. Always new management. I applied probably 6 times to just get a card for my business account. I was encouraged to apply for a business loan. I had good credit, income, and funds in the bank. Only to be denied and knock my credit about 20 points... Flagstar set me up for failure. Had I kept banking with them I sincerely believe. I wouldn't have done nearly as well as I have. Maybe promote some of those 10 year tellers into management. Especially at this and the Northcrest branch.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience. Whenever I have an issue they do their best to resolve it. My review is simply based on this location, not Well's Fargo as a whole. This location will not be part of Well's Fargo and will be under different ownership come January anyway.

Closed all of my accounts with WF before the change. Got a letter in the mail from Flagstar dated 12/7/18 notifying me that my account (that was closed) was over drafted. I called and waited over 30 minutes on hold. They said that it was a service fee but it had been refunded. I notified them that all of my accounts were closed before the change and they were unable to tell me why they still showed one open while the others were closed. They said that I could go to the branch and close it (long lines) or write a letter and send it to the branch requesting it be closed. Call was elevated to a supervisor and she said the same thing. I do not feel comfortable just sending a letter, who knows if it will actually be closed. So it looks like I will need to take time off of work with no compensation to close my accounts.... again.

Wells Fargo Bank is not customer oriented. I called to ask about CD rates applicable for an IRA. The person I spoke with was unable to help me but suggested I speak with Wells Fargo's brokerage people. While I waited on the phone for 10 minutes the original spokesperson returned to the line and asked if I had a pen handy. The Wells Fargo brokerage people told the original employee I should examine a website, and that I should write down the website address. Inexcusable behavior. I have several questions to be addressed and a website is no alternative to an actual reply by a banker/broker. This isn't my first experience with poor customer relations with Wells Fargo. Considering the messy fraud committed and the Federal fines imposed upon Wells Fargo as punishment, evidently they don't consider customer service a priority. Wells Fargo won't get any of my business.

Everytime I have been at this location I have been treated well and had fast service, from express card replacements to deposits and withdrawals I have always been in and out in minutes!

Wells Fargo isn't a good banking system, better off choosing elsewhere. Back a few years ago, I was charged overdraft fees multiple times when my account hadn't overdraft. The teller told me the computer thought I would and that's why I was charged. He told me he could refund some of the overdraft charges, and I said I would like to close my account. He then tried to keep me from doing that since he would refund some of the fees. I was not swayed. This is a terrible bank. I closed my account but they still send me statements saying I have $1.00 in my account. I called and they said I didn't have an account when I asked them to stop sending me 'statements' What a waste of paper! I'm with chase now, love it!
