The good news about this branch the branch manager was very courteous the bad news about this branch they don't have enough staff to make night deposits during the day there is no call no show multiple occasions I'm going to take my money to another branch one of the staff members at the branch has a very nasty attitude

Loan officer, Kimberly Bruce, is a terrible person. I have had a stroke so I get confused and don’t understand things all the time. I tried to tell her this but she yelled at me so loud over the phone that other people heard her across the room. She told my husband I wa trying to be sneaky about things. This really hurt my feelings. She is just an awful person.

As a commercial customer, we have found Flagstar's staff to be very helpful and able to address the needs of our organization. From handling special requests, deposit box service, processing our PPP loan, to answering questions on our account, we have had great service.

Wells Fargo Bank is not customer oriented. I called to ask about CD rates applicable for an IRA. The person I spoke with was unable to help me but suggested I speak with Wells Fargo's brokerage people. While I waited on the phone for 10 minutes the original spokesperson returned to the line and asked if I had a pen handy. The Wells Fargo brokerage people told the original employee I should examine a website, and that I should write down the website address. Inexcusable behavior. I have several questions to be addressed and a website is no alternative to an actual reply by a banker/broker. This isn't my first experience with poor customer relations with Wells Fargo. Considering the messy fraud committed and the Federal fines imposed upon Wells Fargo as punishment, evidently they don't consider customer service a priority. Wells Fargo won't get any of my business.

When I first walked into this branch and realized it was staffed with 20 foot tall radiation monsters, I'll admit I was a bit apprehensive. However, after receiving exceptional customer service and a great interest rate, it has now become my branch of choice.

With the recent headlines Wells Fargo has been grabbing, I can't say that I expected a lot when I stopped in for an issue that I was having with my account. I'm glad to say that my unease was almost immediately put to rest. They took time research the issue and get to the root of the problem. I left with my issue fixed and a much different opinion about Wells.
