Bad banking services with Zell because bank hold the sending money in many days and if cancel that’s sending money then charges $36 so bank never care about customers. Really bad banking system. would be stop working with Flagstar soon.It's completely different from other banks. It's like misusing customer money.

I went to the bank today and observed some of the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen: another customer's account information being spoken about aloud and over the top of another teller, for everyone to hear.In addition, after I took a step back, I WAS ONLY THEN told that I needed to take off my hood off as a passive-aggressive counter statement. I want to be clear: this is not about the hooded sweatshirt policy because had they asked me before they took my ID, Let me sign a withdraw request, or when I walked through the door, I wouldn't have had an issue.This has to do with customer confidentiality and discrimination at this branch.When I told them that I believed that the situation had to do with race, both tellers and the assistant branch manager insisted I was wrong, but my experience as a minority tells me otherwise.In sum, they violated customer confidentiality, became passively aggressive towards me by using a petty policy as a weapon when I called this out, and then topped it off by gaslighting me about my own experience. I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND HOPE THAT EVERY SELF-RESPECTING MINORITY IN MY COMMUNITY DOES ALSO.DO NOT BANK WITH FLAGSTAR.

My experience was just to long...Over 2 hours of my time just to open a checking acct...My Bank person was nice,Also why Don't you have something Special for Seniors like other Banks...She kept pressing that there is No Cushion if I went over...You're the only Bank that does that. It's alot of things I'm unhappy with and I'm sure my business won't be there long, that's why I didn't connect you to my payroll direct deposit...

So where do I start as you well know this Flagstar used to be Wellsfargo, And before that another bank which is great because the bank is located on a corner where businesses and residents a like thrive. But anyway this review is about Flagstar,now I do use this bank, by inheritance if you know what I mean. I gave the bank 3 stars because it’s not what I’m accustom too, set up is a lot different and customer service could be better. The ATM machines were giving me problems in the beginning but of late has improved with new set up. I will continue to support this Business in hopes to see it one day become what I believe the people and workers hoped it would be. Sharing this information with the viewers and public is only in my opinion is to help The south side of town and Fort Wayne overall. These reviews are for you the people to have an insight or may be an ideal of where you’re going and what you are dealing with but ultimately you should explore these places for yourself.

The process is crazy. After sitting with a teller for about 45 minutes, I still had to go wait in a long line for about 20 minutes to add the money to the account. When you would think that the teller you opened the account with should have been able to do that. Once I finally made it out of the line, I had to go back and wait another 10 minutes to finish everything up. Now at one point the teller walk away from me and went into an office where she stayed for 10 minutes. Only for her to come out and find that it had nothing to do with me or my account.... So unprofessional!

Very friendly and kind assistant manager of the branch and a teller with an accent. I didn't catch their names but very helpful ladies. They understood my needs and made it happen. There was a hold on my dad's insurance check from Indiana Farm Bureau whose English language is not so great to communicate with first of all. I have asked the assistant manager at this branch for funds to be released since the stub was provided as well at the North crest location a day before but they didn't want to release the rest, just half of it because the manager there (guy) basically said it was a risk to release it when I called him. This check was not written off of some unfamiliar insurance, then I would understand when it comes to the word "risk". My father waited 30minutes at the North Crest one for the guy manager and teller Ben to tell him that the rest of the hold cannot be released!!! Very disappointing and unprofessional staff at the North Crest one, don't go there!!!!!
