I don't like banks. But I have to hop on here to talk up the Assistant Manager Michael. I came in with a complicated problem at the beginning of my lunch break. I had already had no luck at a few other banking locations but Michael helped me find a solution and worked to get everything taken care of. The process wasn't fast by any means, but he made it as easy as possible and I never felt like I was rushed or a problem, despite taking up the entirety of his lunch time as well. Very thankful for the help!

I opened a account on Friday. The lady failed to tell me I owe them a bunch of money for not closing my account when it was Wells Fargo 4-5 years ago. And turned around and took all my money. Basically robbed me for everything I have. Thanks for that. 1 billion dollar company robbing paycheck to paycheck workers like me. It's a legal scam just like Wells Fargo was.

Their experience I had with Flagstar was one of the best experiences I’ve had with any other bank they were pleasant answered all my questions that I needed to know they were courteous spontaneous and very helpful in my banking needs and I look forward toMy future with Flagstar I would also recommend it to any of my friends or family

Met with the president or whatever his title is. Gary was his name. Talked so poorly to me even though I was trying to get a small business loan to start up a company. Saw him out at a restaurant later that week and he was drunk lol. Not a bank I’d do business with.

I love the employees there, but literally every time I go to the ATM is out of order, very annoying. I miss the Wells Fargo is days

Wells Fargo Bank is not customer oriented. I called to ask about CD rates applicable for an IRA. The person I spoke with was unable to help me but suggested I speak with Wells Fargo's brokerage people. While I waited on the phone for 10 minutes the original spokesperson returned to the line and asked if I had a pen handy. The Wells Fargo brokerage people told the original employee I should examine a website, and that I should write down the website address. Inexcusable behavior. I have several questions to be addressed and a website is no alternative to an actual reply by a banker/broker. This isn't my first experience with poor customer relations with Wells Fargo. Considering the messy fraud committed and the Federal fines imposed upon Wells Fargo as punishment, evidently they don't consider customer service a priority. Wells Fargo won't get any of my business.
