The Chapel Ridge Walmart Supercenter offers a distinct shopping experience with a quaint, small-town charm, contrasting with the typical bustling big-box atmosphere. The store is well-stocked with groceries and everything one might need, featuring same low prices as in-store with no mark-ups for online orders. Shoppers can order fresh groceries online for free pickup or same-day delivery with a Walmart+ membership, using the app for extra convenience. The store's trained associates hand-pick online orders and bring them to your car. Staff members are frequently described as friendly, attentive, and helpful, often stopping to assist shoppers in all departments. The store also provides fast, speedy service in areas like the Tire Department. However, experiences can vary, with some customers reporting occasional long waits at customer service, frustration with self-checkout due to being short-staffed, and rare instances where pricing errors are not fully resolved. While generally providing a great experience, some note that prices can occasionally run higher than anticipated and that for certain fresh items, other stores might be preferred. It remains a Walmart, but with a refreshing and welcoming twist.
We had a problem at the self checkout. An associate of walmarts took 5 or 6 minutes to get the problem fixed. After that everything went fine. Thank you walmart associate.

I mean, as far as Walmarts go this one is less ghetto than some others.

My own experience doing my shopping at Walmart is always a great experience. It doesn't matter what I'm looking for, if I ask to one of Walmart employees they stop what they are doing to help me. This I found apply to all departments.
