Wow! I shop here frequently. The person at the door just allows people to walk out their door with stolen goods. They need real police officers at Walmart to stop the thieves. No wonder everything is so expensive.

Could not find anyone to help me. Only one I did find didn't speak English. I asked if they could get someone to help me but they didn't, or didn't understand. I finally called the store and asked for assistance. They paged the department for customer assistance but no one ever showed up. I returned the other items I was going to purchase and left the store.

I need to start out by explaining that this review is about not just this store location but Walmart in general, meaning customer service, management,call center, and even corporate . My wife and I purchased a set of wedding rings,his and hers 4 months ago, mine was a size 11 and fit perfectly the woman's was standard size 7 and my wife needed it sized down to a 6. No problem right? Wrong!!! So the lady writes down our information, cell number, names, and takes pictures of content going into an envelope for shipping to third party to have sized telling us no more than 6 weeks. Mind you I'm curious why they had to send the set when mine fit just fine but oh well 6 weeks no biggie they will call us when return to store location listed. Well 2 months go by and still no call about our rings. So after 9 weeks and third time calling the store asking about those rings. We decide to ask for a manager because every time we are just transfered to jewelry department and either get hung up on or the employee has no idea what we ate talking about and tells us if we didn't get a call then it isn't finished. Week by week at a rate of 2 calls per week and multiple emails to Walmart customer service and countless dropped calls to call center or customer service still nothing close to an idea where or when we are to expect our rings. Well two day ago after 4 months waiting we call again and by the luck of the Irish someone say it's been delivered. So today when I go to pick them up I go to customer service and wait in a line of one, me. One person at the customer service counter and 4 employees attention on customers, actually one helping the other customer and 1 eating I assume lunch, one texting her bff, and one I'm guessing supervising the other three. Seen in pictures. Finally the texter looks up after 6 minutes and and sees me and says I can help who's next, ( still just me) lol. I explain the information about rings, and how I was told they were there finally and how stressful it's been, she looks confused and at the other employees like she was confused by my being there. I better explain and ask for a manager and / or someone from jewelry to assist me. Three phone calls later she gets a manager to come to customer service and he has been informed the "situation" the lady tells him that I am to deal with. He says " I'm not familiar with jewelry department but I contacted the manager from household and we walk to jewelry counter, still waiting two lady's walk up and I ce shyi explain my issues and ask about the rings, they all ask each other if anyone has keys to drawers, I'm almost dumbfounded 4 managers I front of me now 8 different interaction with employees today alone and this close to rings, and halted by a key issue. But hooray there's a key and so eone who knew my issyay hand and we fi d the envelope with our rings, thank God. ..... I open the packyin store just Incase. And I couldn't make this up I promise..... My wife's engagement ring and band and there sized just right, but .... The men's ring that didn't need anything done to it but for whatever reason had to be shipped with womens, was missing Ali g with the box and trust me pictures with the set were taken and printed on envelope handed back to me. Now the team is frantic looking everywhere like it may be in a different drawer or anything. I'm fuming say just give me another line it and I'll size it at jewelry shop today and bring them a bill. They don't have one apparently. I watched them look in evey in every drawer to compare the picture. I end up leaving with my wife's and what looks like womens ring size 7. Never again. I hate this company and will not shop everyone should boycott right?? Convince us murder!!!!!

Imagine spending over 200.00 in one transaction just to be racially profiled by a big bald freak running the self check out.
I have never had any issues and have always been able to check out in peace without someone breathing down my neck until yesterday. Never stolen anything in my life and did not deserve to be watched exclusively to the point where this man came and stood next to my register specifically. Despicable behavior and this will not be tolerated. You all better collect Gustavo Rocque from Wish and handle him before it turns into a case and the next viral sensation on the news because I'm getting video if it happens again and it will be properly dealt with. Will also be notifying corporate.

Saw an employee harassing a customer by knocking their items out of their hands. Absolutely ridiculous. Didn't see the employees nametag but she was short and had one of those cart things that the online shoppers use
