Local disability apartments in need of desperate help. Hello, my name is Rebekah Meade and I've been donating my time day in and day out to give back to my community. This facility (Truelove Manor, Ft Wayne IN, doesn't qualify for any extra State funding it all has to be donations or charity. We have an event this coming Friday and Saturday from 9:00 to 4:00 pm. Doing a garage sale and a car wash donations are so important, and emparative. Can the community and companies help me to help this facility. We need it up to normal standards. As of right now it's just enough to pass the code inspection but it's not enough to keep them warm tonight. And I can speak from experience, I myself have had no heat due to me being homeless at one point in my life. These people are not homeless and they still have to be very cold at night and or the pipes break and then they have no heat or water until repairs are made. The facility just needs to be updated. As in everything needs updated, we need units finished so we can rent them out, we are in desperate need of help and donations and any kind of help would be a blessing. Most of their ctech heating and cooling units are rusted out dripping leaking. Or the apartments don't even have one in the wall, it's empty bare space. I'm enclosing pictures I'm trying to network and get the word out to our community. Please if there's anything anybody can do I would be greatly appreciative as well as the forgotten residents of Truelove Manor. Thank you and God bless. Please contact Ellen Kennerk, Manager 1(260) 804-0828 Rebekah Meade Coordinator 1(260)573-7085

Customers are forced to do an employees job,so the Employees can stand around socializing. Great job Walmart. Zero pay, no healthcare, and no employee discount, so as a customer I quit. I will take my money else where, that will treat me like a valued customer. I'm done with places that feel like they are entitled to my money. No, you're not.

Auto service dept. does not know current vehicles and what OEM parts are on them from factory. Have a 2018 F150 that comes standard with a plastic oil plug and composite oil pan. Yet because they couldn't torq the plug to spec (even though there is NO SPEC because it is a factory part) they denied service. Wasted a few hours waiting for my vehicle when they did nothing to it. They say that is guidance from "home office", yet I'm on the phone with corporate as I am writing this and they are telling me they should have serviced my vehicle. The funny part is is that this is the ONLY store that ever had this issue because I get my vehicle serviced at Walmart's regularly.

About a month ago, I ordered groceries to be delivered to my apartment. Needless to say I never got them. The driver canceled, and I was never told until I chatted with a associate online. I called the store twice and either the operator was brain damaged and didn't know how to work the phone or they hung up on me both times. Not to mention I was never refunded, but I was charged the $10, which was the driver's tip. I spent $44 from my EBT card for groceries I never received, and the driver got a tip for a job he or she never did!!!! Also, they don't seem to care about the mask mandate at all. I go to this location all the time-not anymore-and every time I went in, there were people walking around with no mask. I reported this location to the health department and I will never give this Walmart my business anymore. Zero stars if it was possible.

We ordered and picked our groceries at this location yesterday. The pick up ,the experience on line, and the pleasant efficient employee all were excellent. Everything on our list including my wife's Diet Coke was there. I am switching to this store for my all groceries.

This is exactly why I cannot stand Wal Mart! I needed a nose ring from there jewelry department. I was in a rush before work. I went at 9:30 a.m. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before I had to go find an employee that was actually working. Of course no one was working at the dressing room. So I had to have a cashier (other side of store of course)page for help. Then another person finally came up to and said that the person with the keys was going on break!!!! It would be another 15 minute wait. The most rude laziest employee store I have ever been to in my life! Do yourself a favor and just spend a couple more dollars and go elsewhere!!!

i took my car to get an oil change at walmart. 2 hours later they call me saying "we can't change your oil because there's no oil in your car and there's no oil pressure" and i said "yeah i know there's no oil in it that's why i brought it in to get my oil changed" "so how am i supposed to get my oil in my car" and they said "i don't know" so i said whatever and hung up. i called corporate to complain because that's just messed up. and i told them my experience and they said "well you're just gonna have to take it to a different mechanic in the area"

I love shopping at this Walmart they almost always have what I'm looking for and more. The prices are fair and the employees have always been pretty kind to me which makes it a good trip. I try to avoid shopping late here since the employees later at night seem to care less about shoppers and the place is super understaffed and a mess.

We have been using the Pharmacy at Appleglen of Fort Wayne for over two years and it seems like it just continues to go downhill, every time we have a script to be filled they never have anything, then when they call us to let us know that they have a partial we go out to find it has not been filled and that they do not have enough to stock the partial. I am a pharmacy tech and it really gets me to see how unreliable a pharmacy can be, and that time is money and they just wasted my last dime. I am taking my business to someone else, it's obvious that they just don't care and that the patients are just an inconvenience to their day. So I suggest to anyone who has problems at this or any other Walmart that it is time to take your business to someone else, maybe in time when they do not have any customer they will realize that they turned into K-Mart (oh where are they now).

Just moved and so I started shopping at this Walmart. I used to get all of my produce and most everything at the Walmart by my old house. However, the produce at this Walmart is fair at best and the selection of various items is very limited despite the store appearing to be normal size. Went today to get my dog a harness and they didn't have one! While they did have a unique Apple selection, only one kind was organic. If you are looking for "BIZ" or carmel corn try elsewhere.

I only go to this particular location because it's closest to my house and for the Walmart price on selected items I need, however, my overall experience was not pleasant. I found that things were very disorganized there and items were marked incorrectly. I had to return two items during check-out because it did not ring up as it was marked and the staff was not necessarily helpful in correcting the issue either. I had to run back to the shelves myself to check prices and take a picture of it for the cashier. Although my experience was not pleasant, you still can't beat their prices for certain things compared to other places.

I love this place!! So much to choose from. The people that work there are top quality. Never an issue. Having only two people working all those lanes that are closed..no problem!! Keep it up wal-e-world!!

It was very unclean the floor was sticky and covered in marks/ lint. Some of the displays were messy and unkept. I wouldn't come here again unless I had too.

I come to this location every so often to grab little things I need. A week ago I saw a coffee table labeled with a rollback price that caught my eye. I came in a few times since then contemplating the purchase because I hadn't found something similar at the price elsewhere. Today I came in with intent to purchase but when I went to the electronics service desk to check out the associate informed me the price was incorrect. He was very short and impatient. I asked him if he would follow me to where it was located, he agreed to and verified the price was listed as what I told him. He shrugged this off and said it's not the same product, even though it was clearly marked differently. He did offer to call a manager but after waiting 10 minutes and nobody showing up I hunted down another associate. He verfied the same thing and told the associate to honor the price. On my way out a lady checked my reciept and gave me a hassle because a date was not listed on it. I purchased it two minutes prior. She was rude and waved me out the door with the comment of "I guess I'll take your word for it." Overall the customer service was unproffesional and gave me the impression that they didn't care for my business. I will no longer visit this store due to the unproffessional customer service.

Have you ever experienced having to wait in line at a register, even though the store has many other registers that are not attended? There are only two registers open and about ten people waiting in line at each register to have their orders processed. The management does not seem to understand the value of your time or they just don't care (making it appear they are screwing with you, because how can anybody be so insensitive). Buying prescription drugs from Walmart pharmacy at Apple Glen in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is like this, very slow and time consuming. The pharmacy employees are either very inexperienced, idiots, or they just don't care or have any concept of the value of your time. The first and second time I used this store's pharmacy, it took over 45 minutes to process the prescription. The third time, I decided to drop off the prescription and then run some errands to give them plenty of time to process the order. The pharmacy indicated it would take about 30 minutes to process the order. I returned after about an hour to pick up the prescription. It was not ready. It took another 45 minutes before they were able to complete the order. Imagine, after standing in line for over 60 minutes, you finally get up to the register, and the clerk shuts it down to go on break. The clerk apologizes (with a slight smirk), "Sorry you have to go to the next line" (which has ten people waiting in it). Yeah, its like that with the Apple Glen Walmart pharmacy. The order was for an inhaler. The pharmacy got stumped because there were 3 different kinds of this inhaler and it was not specified on the doctor's prescription which one it was. The medication was the same, but the way the medication was to be administered was different. Since my insurance covered only one of them, this was the one that was to be selected. Walmart pharmacy had my insurance information when I dropped off the prescription. I did not give Walmart pharmacy any more information when I returned to pick up the medication that they did not already have, yet they caused me to wait for it for another 45 minutes. It may be they are understaffed, but Walmart has not addressed the slow prescription process time for over the past year I have used this pharmacy. I have decided I will not use this pharmacy again.
