Charged twice the normal copay at CVS or Walmart! We won't be back.

I called ahead of time to ensure they had my medication in stock. She said yes. I asked about the time and was advised 20 minutes or so. I drove across town to this location since they are the only ones who could fill this medication. At drop-off, I was advised it would take approximately 25 minutes. I waited almost an hour and a half for my medication! Had I known it was going to take that long, I would have come back later or the next day. Don't set an expectation and not deliver without so much as an apology.
