Well, they have lovely bathrooms. Sometimes there are live piano players. Their Christmas decorations are gorgeous. I always find something here I want! Plus they are always nice and helpful❣️

Pretty nice place. Pretty prices are included. It was clean, well organized, well lit and well staffed. Staff was quite friendly and helpful.

I love Von Maur, and it's nostalgic ways, the gift wrapping, and shipping are a thing of the past for most stores. However in Fort Wayne at the Jefferson Point store the customer service in the shoe department is the worst. Literally I was purchasing a pair of shoes and my contact became dislodged which is very painful. I asked the lady if she could hold on to the two big boot boxes while I ran upstairs to the bathroom to put it back in, I was told NO that's against company policy they cannot hold anything for anyone for any reason. They can hold shoes that have not been paid for but not the ones that have been. Everytime I go there it is a place of company rules only in Fort Wayne. I have family members who worked there in different states and they tell me this is not true. Fort Wayne, Von Maur is a store of NO's and WE CAN'T DO, and RULES, spare me the NO's and Company Rules, I will be returning the 250.00 + boots and shopping at a customer friendly store. I don't need the headache I have rules as well, shop where appreciated.

Everytime I go in there because I have Harley gear on they assume I'm lost and don't treat me very kind.I just went and bought some Chanel Bleu for my Man, let's just say I will be getting it online from now on...VERY RUDE PEOPLE....JUST SO YOU KNOW DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER..God Bless

Wow ! That is a store in the wrong city lol. Nice luxury store. Exploring the city and decided to visit the store. Didn’t buy anything but exceptional customer service. Everyone greets you asks if you need help finding something. Very nice employees. I will sure will go back for my holiday shopping. Very clean store nice lounge areas. Highly recommend this store if looking for luxury shopping.

Von Maur is the only department store that I still enjoy going to. It is clean and the merchandise looks neat and organized. The employees are helpful and polite. The markdown racks are a favorite destination. And the women's restroom is so civilized that it is sometimes the thing that brings me into the store, where I invariably see something cute that I want to buy.

Always a great shopping experience here. It's one store that has something for everyone, and you never leave empty handed. This store holds many special memories for me, it was my Grandmother's favorite store, so we always spent alot of time there shopping, but at Christmas she played the piano every year and I will always remember her playing Christmas songs on the Von Maur piano ? ❤️

I love Von Maur and the atmosphere there, I love the piano music, the place is so cozy. I come to Chanel counter and I always get professional service from Lucy. She is a wonderful person, always helpful and patient. I really appreciate her professionalism and knowledge about Chanel products. She’s the best. Shopping with Lucy is a great pleasure.
